  1. As SMiSA have 34% of shares they can access the accounts. They should do so as they will be running the club very soon. They can do a forensic audit,ie look at the detail of looking where every penny going out of the club goes,why,and where. Your average accountant /auditer only looks at the order/delivery line/invoice, not that the club is buying 100light bulbs for £5 from a directors wife's company!Not that I believe that kind if detail.

  5. It's been organised by St Mirren community trust, but they are puting a penny in, the Salvation army are providing the meals, the SPFL are contributing financially and there is a crowdfunding site set up, do they really need SMiSA cash?
  6. SMiSA should be in the position to buy out GLS in 4 years time (thereis no agreement for the 10years) so the AGM in 3years time should lay the foundations for the club going forward. At the takeover SMISA should own 85per cent of the shares , so could sell 34 percent to raise cash.

The Christmas day things is a bit strange, it's been put forward as a St Mirren Trust thing but is being sponsored by the SPL Trust and we have the St Mirren Women's team crowdfunding for it, and SMISA puting cash in now . so the St Mirren charity trust get the headlines but they are puting NO money in???

  10. SMiSA also has a veto built into the contract as has GS buts not on the election of an individual board member its about who is chairman of each business. It's time members had full information at their grasp before elections and AGM s if they are to run the club.

  13. The reason SMiSA went for GS as partner was not just his initial investment but he was going to increase the clubs income by coming up with positive ideas, we are still waiting!!

  17. I just don't understand how being a part time Manager for an Amateur team qualifies you to be a Technical Director of a Premier Club ?

    What is the position of SMiSA on the banners current situation?
  19. SMiSA and the SLO should be there to put the fans angle on this subject a framework agreed for future banners

  21. This is going to cost serious money, will we be stuck with this staffing level if we go down,?
  22. SMiSA will be in a position to buy out GLS in summer 2022 , so should be pushing to get more directors on the board in December 2021 at the AGM . Are they happy this current board are going to put yet another salaried Director on the books?
