faraway saint
Meant to say, you would have thought they would have removed the "barnacles" as they were sore as f**k on your feet when having a paddle.
Happy Buddie
Are they going to put the water back on or is 15 inches (37.5cm for the weans) too dangerous? Water, I mean, water (OOOer missus, see me see giant condom jokes) Edited August 1, 2014 by Happy Buddie

saintnextlifetime
The Wig and Pen is still a thriving donkey market. In more recent times , of course , the donkey market business has expanded and opened up a popular outlet in the Govan area. . I believe the owners only lease the site but they do have performing donkeys too , some of which are very well paid. . Drew
Looks great. I'm assuming they'll be constructing sniper towers nearby to ensure that it stays that way?

RickMcD
Meant to say, you would have thought they would have removed the "barnacles" as they were sore as f**k on your feet when having a paddle. I'd forgotten about that. You're absolutely right. I remember a great summer in the early 50's sneaking up to the Foontin. I lived in the Gockston prefabs and I was well warned they were too far away to go to but of course that made it even more attractive. We went up in bare feet and jumped in the Fountain and it was bloody sore. I let it slip to my mother that I'd hurt my foot and she got the truth out of me so I ended up getting a skelpin'. insaintee
It's not really practical to cut them up and make lots of tiny ones out of them, you know. So why do you want them back
insaintee
I never asked for them back, did I? At least I know, though, that if I got them back from you then they wouldn't be pre-used. Yeah even giant size is too small
faraway saint
You're not supposed to put them on feet first. Correct, it's head first...........................
insaintee
You're quite right, but I assumed that even a giant one wouldn't fit over that huge napper chopper of his. FIFY
insaintee
You're not supposed to put it over your 1970's bicycle. I don't
insaintee
So it was your axe you were referring to. Are you the lumberjack from Monty Python? You can call it an axe if you like. It's certainly split a few logs in it's time
