buddiecat
sad indeed, wonder if he was victim of the precariously steep stand

FS
The stands are too steep there for my liking, god knows how many times I've felt myself leaning too far forwards when carrying great big boxes of tv equipment up and down the Janefield stand. nedflanders123
Terrible accident. Only a matter of time before someone gets hurt or worse at some football grounds. Talking of designs, I wonder how long (God forbid) it will be before someone takes a tumble at the Hydro. It just takes someone to stumble or trip and there is nothing to break your fall due to the ridiculous steep design. Cue potential injury claims in the future. A man fell down the stairs in W3 last week so it could happen anywhere.
Guest TPAFKATS
A man fell down the stairs in W3 last week so it could happen anywhere. No doubt, desperate to leave the ground in desperation due to another desperate home performance. a50lennyc
Folk are focussing here on the steepness of the stand. Does anyone know if alcohol was a contributory factor?
Howard Hughes in BlueSuedeShoes
This happened on the stairwell and not out the front of the stand. It was actually three stories he fell and not three flights. It would appear that in a moment of youthful bravado as everyone was departing after the final whistle the young man decided to try and slide along the bannister, slipped, fell over the bannister and straight down.
