beyond our ken
seems he has done a good enough job in securing sponsors for the SFA when there is only one notable club and zero competitive leagues in the pro game here Really, the main issue in scottish football is the SPFL, which is a liability created by the clubs-aided and abetted by Doncaster

buddiecat
as BOK stated, he is not the main problem, the hastily arranged SPFL is and will continue to be the main influence on holding back football in our country, unless of course your club has a worldwide audience of several million and you can use religious bile to keep your trogs subscribing to TV channels across the globe, watch sportscene go back to only showing premiership games if hearts and sevco get back in ETA, I am dissappointed in the fact that our BOD actually wanted sevco fast tracked to div 1, it would have made little difference to our league position but would have served the blue brigade well - why they wanted this is anyones guess Edited December 15, 2014 by buddiecat

barney
all the beaks at hampden can the a hike. I like the idea non traditional football men to come in with new ideas on how to improve the game and make it more fun to go to. Barry Hearn's thoughts were interesting. A group with experience in developing brands internationally and domestically (such as match room), could make a huge difference. Play to our strengths instead of trying to copy the English model.
