thewhiteman
With the Club AGM next Monday the 14th we are looking to speak to any shareholders who are not already attending and who wish to have a SMiSA member as their proxy. In the first instance we are using any proxies allocated merely on the principle of having a sizeable presence at the AGM. We do not intend to vote using your proxy unless you specifically wish us to do so on a particular subject. We will of course ask any questions on your behalf and issue a copy of our notes from the night. Please get back to us before this Thursday night if you are interested by filling out and this form. http://smisa.us10.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=0f54247fc9ff7bbd101a51da4&id=b3323c468a&e=0cf6619d0e If you have any issues in emailing/scanning this to us please let us know thank you smisa [email protected] Edited December 8, 2015 by thewhiteman

buddiecat
The date for the agm reads 26th November 2014!! Is this the proxy form sent out to all shareholders ? will it be valid on the night of the AGM ?
buddiecat
The date for the agm reads 26th November 2014!! Double checked and the email sent out by the club has the correct date at the notice of AGM part but the wrong date on the proxy vote form - potentially useless proxy form. SMiSA will edit and update their form links.
buddiecat
brewery - piss up ? I must point out that It is the form sent out to all shareholders by our BOD. and not an error by SMiSA.

That`s what I thought, hence my `like` regarding the brewery/piss up post by whydowebother.

Lord Pityme
Any chance a question could be asked exactly why? And what measurable benefits are expected from moving the Thistle cup game to a January Friday night, when most fans would rather it was 3:00pm on the available Saturday? Why don't you buy shares and ask these questions yourself?

Lord Pityme
Can someone also ask if the board have a robust and rigourous selection process underway to identify the type, style and shortlist of managers who meet the predefined skills required as essential on their skills matrix, to enable a successful appointment..? Or do they plan to just f**k it up on the cheap again?
