I don't think anyone but McLeish was offered it.  He was asked to prepare for the new season, identify players etc well before the seasons end. No one else was interviewed. If you listen to Keith's interview it is clear only McLeish was in the frame.  Funny how the chairman has said nothing.  This may turn out a stroke of genius but could also go sour very quickly.
