Although I think 10 per day is still quite a lot, in his favour, I think you should look into quality as well as quantity. If you discount attempts at belittling people with only emojis and look at reasonable discussion,  it would drastically reduce that average to, well, let's just say, slightly less than 1. Back to topic. How are we doing for sales?
