StanleySaint reacted to faraway saint in St Mirren v Dundee SPFL PREMIERSHIP 7/2/24
St Mirren 0-0 Dundee.
After the first 15 we, slowly, took control, creating a few half chances and certainly looking the team most likely to score.
They've had nothing much to talk about apart from a late break away. (shat myself)
I thought there would be goals in this game, a great call eh?

Kwon rarely wastes a pass, steady as a rock, been a good addition so far.

Better double check your retirement date. Might turn out to be next year.

Lazy b'strd.
Anyhow, still 1 deg and I did have to scrape the windscreen, although it wasn't too frosty.
My day was going well until, after I nipped away early to attend the dentist, I discovered the appointment is tomorrow.
Jesus, what an eejit.

Currently 1 deg and only to rise to 4 deg although it's to be sunny.

Tommy Craig Alex Rae and Stubbs did their best to return us to the dark ages.... those names gave me the fear

Thought it felt colder tonight, Mrs Faraway, just back from Dundee confirmed it's 3 deg.
It's to drop in the minus degs category overnight so could be scraping the windscreen in the morning.
Hurry up February and feck off.

Can't believe that Swansea doesn't get a mention on that list, every time I've been there for work it has rained!!

No real surprise Glasgow gets a mention, it's always been wet down that way hence why so many people have webbed feet.
Yesterday was pretty showery, as forecast, today to be dry although only reaching 6 deg.

Not a bad morning but it sounds a wee bit windy although it's dry.
Forecast is for rain later.
Out this evening for a birthday tea for Mrs Faraway and most of the family.

I like Taylor but to be fair to Bolton he had a good game against the orcs and we've got the option to bring Taylor or Dunne on to push Gogic into the middle, options to improve for a change.

Quite an interesting day.
Arrived just after 11, dropped our stuff off at the hotel, wandered over to the SEC, had a drink then met up with my new mate for a bit of lunch.
Then wandered around for hours trapsing in/out of various motorhomes.
Quite a few have the main bed permanently made up, we find this idea a waste of space so that type of layout isn't for us.
Also many have the additional bed that comes down at the flick of a switch, nice wee bit of technology/design.
Oh, some don;t have a TV, WTF is that ll about? No TV no deal.
Bought a few small items we needed, nothing too glamourous and bailed out close to 4pm.
Not sure it's the type of thing we'd visit every year but who knows.

Well, as usual, it's pissing down here in Glasgow.
Yesterday was blawin a gale when we arrived, looked nice from inside the car.
Never mind, should be home for just after lunch time then an afternoon relaxing on the couch, that's life.

One of my Welsh colleagues emailed me to ask if I was ready for today, I replied that Hibs away is always a tricky fixture but I suspect that wasn't what they were asking, I fancy a point at least today.

Another lovely morning, no sure about the temperature but dry, clear and no sign of wind.
Taking the dogs out to the kennels soon then offski to Glasgow.
Hoping to be there for about 11:30 and spend the day nodding and smiling as Mrs Faraway starts to make a list of what we, seemingly, need.
Hope The Hilton has some nice cocktails, I'll need a few to calm me down.

The guy we bought our motorhome from messaged me this morning suggesting we meet up for lunch, very nice of him.
Hope he knows I'll be starving as I'll not have had breakfast.

A glorious day, probably the warmest day of the year at a lovely 14 deg.
A wee bit breezy but a warm breeze.
I even had the window open on the way home with some tunes blasting out.
Roll on the Spring & Summer.
