    SMiSA are not paying for the manager and will not be paying for a replacement if and when that happens, the money paid into SMiSA is presently to be used to pay for the shares bought and in the future to buy the majority share, there will not be enough spare cash to fund changes of manager, it's the club who pay or sack the manager and pay for a replacement.
