  1. If they do, I hope Davies asks for his money upfront. Otherwise he might look like one of their supporters. A silly Billy!
  2. I know some folk are getting annoyed that this is the most posted thread in modern history but, It is the club that just keeps on giving! So THE Rangers have been told by the SPFL they will have to pay the EBT debts of the liquidated club as they are liable for the old clubs debts in relation to an agreement to allow them to join the league. Three things here. There now appears to be an official recognisation that they are indeed two seperate entities. (Big news there then? ) Will the new club now appeal on the basis that they have NOTHING to do with the old club? (Watch this space as I can't see any other defence ) AND Where the feck does the 1/4 million squidlies come from that the SPFL are "witholding" in relation to payments due? I thought Scottish football was skint! Ally knows more than he's telling methinks.
  3. Cameron cowing to "middle England" with his English votes for English matters will be more likey to destroy the union, free Scotland.
  4. FECK ME! Not heard that too often this season!
  5. I suppose, "Where there's smoke,..... there still might be sh!te!"
  6. He certainly has a cheesey......... grin!
  7. Doubt that will happen. With Scroogey Stewart in charge they might get a new kettle and toaster. And they'll probably be on Tic if that makes the fans happy!.
  8. Didn't he predict an easy victory for the hoops on 24/03/2010?
  9. Should that be "hic"
  10. 0-0 if I remember correctly. Don't know the scorers!
  11. We can only hope he takes an assistant in the form of Doncaster! Dear Santa............
  12. the man may be abysmal as a football manager but he is no fool. Or at least his agent wasn't! While bleating to the blue sheep about "not walking away" and backing every incarnation of saviour for his new club he has never suffered financially throughout. It was widely reported that, even when taking his "paycut", he had a clause put in the agreement that, if for any reason he was binned, he would revert to his original salary. IF he has such an affinity with newco then perhaps he should walk away with nowt. Watch this space........... But, for gawds sake, don't hold your breath!
  13. Celtic count their season ticket holders whether they turn up or not.
  14. The SNP have just had some great news in their quest for total control of Scotland. Scottish Labour have introduced Murphy's law. (If it can go more wrong, we will go more right!)
  15. No surprise. Why would they elect a grass roots labour person when they can elect a Blairite? They are attempting to climb out of an electorial pit with a limp indian rope. In effect. No ladder. Only a snake
  16. If I need to explain,....... You must be mad! . . . . . . . . . . Emperor's new clothes style.
  17. Ahhahahahahahahaahahahahahaahhaaaa! Their all mad a tell yee!
  18. I refer the honourable? gentleman? to the answer I gave earlier.
  19. I had to google that to see who the hell she was. It's a sad day when you can't even go to the cinema for entertainment!
  20. Well. I must say. I've had worse times watching Friday night comedy! Seriously QOtS were very easy on the eye and deserved their victory. Fowler for Greenhill Road anyone? It appears that's ok to punt anyone whose teams beat The tribute act these days. There could be 11 names in the frame at this rate though.
  21. Reading between the lines this is just another "Allycon". He has a one year rolling contract which, if allowed to take its natural course, will cost his new lower salary. If however, after handing in his resignation, the board decide to tell him to go now rather than working his notice, ie. ONE YEAR, the clause he had installed in his salary reduction would mean he gets his original, greater amount. A case of keep me with the salary or get rid of me at the cost of a sallyary, so to speak. McCoist doing what McCoist does best. Hide his inadequacies under a blanket of snow.
  22. That's because they burnt out the last one a few months ago....... ALLEGEDLY!!!
  23. Not unless Sally told him his plans.
  24. The largest town, by piopulation, is still Paisley,.... JUST. In fact it's the 5th biggest locale in Scotland by the latest estimates availlable.
