The most important being - the one in which the team is wearing "cool, casual sportswear" and an awfy lot of moustaches! I spotted three Fitzpatricks before I saw the real one. Analysing the image more deeply... ....I realised the most important factor in Fergie's successful team building was: "Don't employ any blondes or redheads. Adopt a brunettes-only policy".
