Trump is only interested in one thing, how he is perceived and his presidential legacy, he sees this as his opportunity to land a Nobel Peace Prize and the inconvenient fact that the Ukrainian president wants to fight for his country's survival is putting that at risk. How dare he stand in the way of Trump's ego.

Trumps utter madness continues.....

Tariffs have crashed the stock market and he's set tariffs on an island that is only populated by penguins.

🤣🤣🤣

The penguins are livid. 😜

Me too  😡  they're my favourite biscuits

Been in Florida for the last 2 weeks

the US is so different to the country  I visited before, most people seem happy with recent events because of the things done to others rather than the things done for them

panic buying showing up on the consumer reports today with people stocking up pre- tariff

People actually frightened to speak too loud if they have a centrist, liberal or socialist view and one lady told me much of the Irish diaspora are looking up their entitlement to Irish passports to allow them to move to Europe if necessary

Trumps levels of delusion continue to reach new heights.

After 100 days his popularity, strange term, has plumited yet he's still spouting the same guff.

He's certainly setting records, his approval rating is the worst for almost 80 years.

Our friends, who live in Buffalo, have been very vocal on the possible consequences of Trump got in.

They are bracing themselves for all sorts of possibilities, even slightly considered coming to Scotland.

My mates from here but all his wife's family are American, with deep Irish roots.

I hate to say this but I'd be considering buying some sort of "protection" as things, in some areas, could get out of control.

The current mayhem in the good old USA is hardly surprising as Trump thrives on being divisive.

The ICE agents are now being met with constant abuse and there's even some areas taking to getting the rifles out to "protect their streets".

Plenty of posts in this thread seen this coming.

Add in the possible wider consequences if he goes after Greenland and Trump has even outdid himself in the "Cnut of the Centaury" race,
