chingford
Daft thread title - why'd ye want to listen to FIVE all at the same time, ie 'currently'? I'm currently listening to: Sufjan Stevens' LP, Illinois, more specifically, the track entitled: The Man of Metropolis Steals Our Hearts. Cos - that's another thing - ye cannae even listen to all tracks on one Album at the same time! Ever noticed that the aulder ye get, the mair nit-picky...? Tower Of Strength is a classic. P.S. you can now get this for under a fiver from Amazon
Killie Saint
Is that any good? Angel Dust is perhaps their best album IMO. There are some excellent songs on there particulary Everything's Ruined and A Small Victory. Weird. Hadn't thought of them for ages then just this week a few of their songs (Leaving Me Now & Kansas City Milkman) came into my head and reminded me they'd done some really good stuff. I agree. Level 42 is their first album I think from 1982? Less commercial than later stuff but funktastic all the same!

Howard Hughes in BlueSuedeShoes
seen The Mission live on the 1st aug 1987 at murrayfield supporting U2 I was at that gig as well. Runrig, Love & Money, The Mission, The Pogues then U2. James Grant was wearing a particularly snazzy pair of leopard skin brother-creepers. A much missed band. They were great. Also saw The Mission at the Barras a couple of times; on the tour for God's Own Medicine & Children. Second time the support band were Red Lorry Yellow Lorry, who wurnae bad. First time, though, was All About Eve. Julianne Regan! Edited June 19, 2006 by Howard Hughes in BlueSuedeShoes

Mrs SFS
If it wasn't for the obvious I was wondering what the band/album album/band was What's obvious is that they were before your time. You've never heard 'All The Young Dudes' ? Youngsters these days, eh...
