    9. St.Mirren For Sale

The majority shareholding in the club was up for sale for 7 years! Eventually the shareholding was purchased by Gordon Scott and SMiSA in July 2016 with almost 1300 supporters contributing to the successful bid.

This forum is now really just an archive of some of the threads that took place in that 7 year period.  ps; Anyone mentions the Argies they get banned.

    • Why post the fact the draw, which is of no interest to us, is taking place in the "general St. Mirren discussion" forum? Un-fn-believable
    • That bit of Belgium and Catalonia are not universally recognised as a "nation". The United Kingdom is recognised as a supposed union of equals. A joint venture that is supposed to benefit ALL nations involved it. (Just another lie). A big difference. Only Spain may have seen us as a "region" due to their unique circumstances within the EU. Although I don't believe that was and definitely not what is now the case for them. ETA. It may even be the case that a vote is now more likely IF we don't succumb to the false premise that voting SNP is now bad due to their difficulties. There will be no pressure from the EU AGAINST an independent Scotland. Now is actually the time for those who wish to take that step to control their own destiny in this country to NOT waver and double down with the belief that, once a referendum takes place and we are brave enough, the SNP will not be in control of anything. Their job will have been done and, even if they found a niche, they would have to fight an election against the other factions in society.
