In a past post, I tried to interest oaky in this cartoon series, thinking he may enjoy the sometimes abstruse mathematical, scientific and computer references as well as the daft and silly ones - including many about "relationships". Just stick figures, but there's a variety of characters you do get to know. Man in hat being the scariest, most unpredictable. In the example above, there are three simple upper pix. The bigger pic below invites you to click and drag. I was doing so for quite some time. Brilliant and amazing - with a few wee gags chucked in. An ideal cartoon for the Close season, until you stumble across a white (or coconut) dug turd. Enjoy.

An interesting fitba season. For once, it wasn't the hope that got me. The hope lifted me up - and I wisnae shat upon from a great height. Here's Foy Vance being less uplifting...

He saved Saints from relegation in his first season... Talking, I thought, very sensibly and simply about how brutally straightforwardly he would do that - and he was true to his word. i didn't agree with his assessment of the tippy-tappy teaching the youth teams received, I didn't think he GOT how Buddies like to see the team play, but... ...in his way, he did guide Saints to 6th place from a shite situation.

To be fair, it's only those Catholics in the West of Scotland (and perhaps one or two from whence their ancestors came) that they hate. They now sign Catholics as players, cos they're cheaper, I guess - as well as being foreign. And they hire management who are not only Catholics but admitted, avowed Celtic fans - to be their manager... ...maybe he was cheaper, too (as well as unaware of the complete shite into which he was stepping). So they ARE improving. It's great to see them joining the 20th Century. btw, for me the most interesting nugget to emerge, so far in this court case, was the date (in March) at which everyone KNEW that RANGERS was bust - and that was way, way before the SFA said their debts had yet to 'crystallise', so that the SFA could assure UEFA that proud Rangers could be given a fraudulent freebie to play in Europe... and hope that a good run (Bless Ally the gardener!) would make enough cash to keep Rangers solvent. How we laughed!
