I agree that it will not be a big crowd, but given it's an important game which will hopefully see the side progress to the last 16, I'm surprised folk are not attending in numbers.

This, in my experience, simply is not true.
When going to appear in court most people WILL go over the series of events that led to them being asked to give evidence.
How well they come over is entirely down to their personality and how nervous they may be.
I feel very sad for all concerned as this is a tragic state of affairs and has had a long standing effect on their lives.
Again, the continual persecution of Goodwillie has gathered an unhealthy pace, especially as he was playing for Clyde for some time before it became the "in thing" to scream and threaten anyone who was willing to give him a chance.

You should have highlighted WOULD HAVE EXPECTED at the start. "Expected" puts the rest in a different context.

If Ayr's best result is a single point at home to Alloa, they can finish on 9 points, so it would go to goal difference.
Stirling are away to St. J, so I would not expect them to go through, but they can finish with 10 points.
Best results for Saints: Alloa and St. Johnstone wins. An Ayr and/or Stirling win will see them finish on >9 points.

Nobody can finish on more than nine points, so goal difference is important here. We want draws or narrow-margin wins.

The bad news is Livingston will almost certainly beat Clyde, so I am writing this one off as seeded.

Bad news again, I cannot see past Ross County getting at least a draw at home to Kelty. Even if they do slip up, Morton are at home to winless Edinburgh. I am writing this one off as seeded, too.  
 
I've just looked at group E, and given up. Airdrieonians need a draw at Bonnyrigg, who currently have one point, to finish on ten points.  In group G Motherwell need a penalty shoot-out win in their home game against East Fife to finish on 10 points.
 
The good news is we could still get Airdrieonians, Motherwell or Livingston even though we won't be seeded!  
Of course, we have to beat Forfar first.

Kinda sidetracked me with the guilty/not guilty debate.
There's no doubt there are uncertainties or the criminal case would have been pursued.
My real annoyance is that the guy has been hounded by every do-gooder that feels the need to shout the loudest.
His "job" despite the idiotic notion he should drive a van, poses no threat directly to anyone.
He's more than legally entitled to continue playing football.
I read an article a few days ago and almost unanimously he was getting support to continue his life.
Wish to feck other people would just let him.
