The concern with a lack of a plan B is a curious one. I thought our plan B was to hit it long to Thompson, and last season to Parkin as well? Is this what we want when thinking of a plan B? There's also the fact that our formation changed to a 4-2-3-1 in the last few months of the season - was this not a different plan? When we went three at the back, was this not another different approach by the manager?
What are we looking for in terms of a plan B? Personally I'd much rather we went with plan A, and got that one right. Plan A involves us passing the ball around, keeping possession, and trying to pass through teams - this seems like a plan worth sticking with.
Be interesting to see what others would be happy with as a plan B.

What's Mr Zo saying about all Lenzo, Neilzo, Danzo, Wattzo? Does he know them all? Are they all related? Or is it all just a load of pish

Motherwell finished 2nd will have received possibly 500k+ more in prize money, qualified for Europe, have bigger crowds. Although we may not like it they are a bigger club than us with a far greater turnover. But even they have lost more players than they have brought in so far We will make more signings but within our budget.

Just to advise my followers training camp going very well 3 triialists there and another two Spanish lads joined the party for us to have a look at one of which came through the Barca academy.
By the way things are looking expect 2 certain signings as I have already said previously,there could be more depending on a few other things bubbling away.
Lee Mair may be away soon with 2 first division clubs showing interest.
I will as usual keep you updated with all inside news.

Winning a cup like last season or scraping into Europe is a rare but great occurance for a club our size.
I could understand holding off until we'd made some big signings if you were a Chelsea, Man Utd or even OF fan, but they're St Mirren fans. We won't ever be much bigger than the club is right now. We won't be paying loads of money for players ever again.
We were always going to sign some guys that were about our level and that was it.

It seems to encourage people to buy a 6 game ticket rather than 1 game and the prices will change every night depending on how many have been sold.

I'm genuinely stunned that people will hold off from buying a ST purely on the basis of who the club signs (or doesn't sign).
Their prerogative, I suppose, but it seems a very odd rationale.
