Hmmmm, it appears to me that you have outstanding works............
you require a handrail for the path
you require hi vis paint for the tread on each step
you require anti slip matting on same
you require to paint said garden building to soften the impact on the environment
I assume permitted development covers the erection of same
you clearly will require an interior designer for the commodious accomodation on offer
you will probably require a habitation certificate
you will of course require lighting and small power supplies run, mainly for the beer fridge, oh and I would suggest an alarm
you clearly will require a commissioning party for opening day............
    Looks braw

I heard him for a while on Saturday and thought he was an absolute disgrace....his outbursts were laughable , yet borderline hysteria was looming. John Reobertson was also suddenly an expert in Financial Accounting and the Lithuanian business markets..................cringeworthy.
Amazed they were allowed their hystericla rant tbh , but in general I'm finding BBC Radio shortbread Sport is increasingly irritating these days. That Richard Gordon is just insufferable and the galloping barnet Spencey is just toecurlingly bad.

This also leads me on to the next question, DL .......................nah, nope , stops in tracks
Close season will be the making or breaking , we are going to go into a period of significant player turn around................over to the Management It's seemingly what they do , what they know, the working week for manager's never ends, they eat, drink breathe football and players and tactics and prospects.
So let's see the fruits of the Geordie alliance , let's call on and cultivate the relationships with other clubs , let's allow the management the trust and ability to sign and persuade. Can only wait , watch and wonder like a spectator at a circus macabre
SPL in 2013 / 2014 , great we are there once more..............................and have a trophy to defend

Disappointed about Carey in all honesty , however if his attitude ain't right then DL is correct, I'd show him and others the door if so..............
It's strange , maybe a sign of the times ( oooeeerr ) but the players with the best attitude for the game at St Mirren seem to be Thompson and Teale. I just wish we had a team of honest and highly motivated players , after all endevour , nae fear and some ability can carry you a long way.
It seems to be nowadays though that the challenge is in getting players motivated , we seem as a team to often struggle here. Is it a generic problem with youth, is it a lack of management nous, is it a comfort zone for too many players.............is it all misplaced arrogance ?
Kind of puts me off football a lot of the time, the oft referred non trying types, the wage thiefs these days just piss me off.

She looks seriously unhinged to me.
I don't like this show. I understand that there is an intended element of point and laugh as thoroughly objectionable types make a rip roaring c**t of themselves then unravel before our eyes, but that doesn't detract any from the fact that they remain a despicable bunch of f**kers who I don't want in my front room if I can help it.

Won't happen in time to save Dundee's neck. You can guarantee that the SPL will delay any such decision to ensure that a club, no matter how financially incompetent, with an average close to 10k stays in the league.
They will not repeat the 'mistake' that happened with Sevco. *cough*

Hmm, not quite............ten days moratorium after the announcement for anyone to lodge objection to the administration, thereafter it could be open season on the assets owned by the club

My man shed is being delivered and erected a week today

It is a pretty large hut (16'X8'), so required a proper concrete base (4" to 6" thick). I had provisionally arranged for I guy a know who has a tarmac/paving business to sort this out for me but he let me down (note to self: don't rely on informal arrangements between 'mates'). This left me in the position of laying out the foundation slab myself. I had to dig it out then shovel 2 tonnes of sub-base in - no easy task as the shed is going to be at the bottom of my garden which is 20 steps down from the level. Fortunately, a mate has experience of laying concrete so he helped me with the rest of the base. By Christ, it was hard work (and not cheap). Some £200+ later, I had a huge trailer full of ballast (110 x approx 30kg bags) and cement (20 bags), that had to be launched down the hill.

After all the effort that has gone into preparing for the shed to be built, I reckon I've earned the beer that will be in the fridge I'll be installing down there. This shed is intended as my sanctuary. My haven. Somewhere to hang my framed Saints photos, and listen to 6 Music, while sipping a cold beer or a good malt.

    I can't wait!

    I want a garden shed........
I want to run power to it...............
I want to put a beer and wine fridge in it.............
I want to sit and drink in my shed during the inclement weather , otherwise sit on the patio and have the chiminea burn away affording a nice level of warmth and satisfying smoky burn whilst admiring my striped lawn and freshly potted assortment of clay pots, anticipating a colour burst of epic display
I want to consider installing a water feature , not too ostentatious , but just enough for the babbling brook effect whilst watching the sun set and listening to the dusk birdsong.
I am it would appear not lacking in drive or ambition in my middle distance years now ................oh phuck !!
