Really sad news, the season we won the league is my highlight of playing amateur football, great bunch of guys had some right good laughs, travelling down to Leeds to play Watford in the british cup was another highlight.

Bit disappointed with this, I liked him always willing to run at the fullback, hopefully get another winger in to replace him.

First goal was a combination of Langfield and Kelly, Kelly should have been making more of effort to block the cross, but Langfield has to come out and command the 6 yard area. Don't like being critical of young players but it was 0-0 when Baird came on, he was at fault for the 2nd and gave away the free kick for 3rd. Livingston are a big strong physical team, which is what you need in this division, St Mirren are just weak and get outmuscled everytime. I honestly don't know what Alex Rae is going to, he needs to get rid of a few in January and try and bring in players who are willing to compete and be hard in the tackle.

Still think Thompson has a lot to offer and will get goals in the division, but he is a terrible penalty taker. Never been confident when he steps up to take them.

Met John on holiday absolute top guy, and not ruled out re-signing, he just wants to play regular football.

I like what Teale is doing, he is basically saying to the BOD if you give me the job I have 3 players lined up who will improve the squad. I wouldn't be surprised if Drury and Plummer are sent back to City and Caldwell sent out on loan to make way for new signings.

Time for him to go, we need a change, I would like to see Ian Murray get the job, done pretty well at Dumbarton.

Wouldnt surprise me if he wil use Goodwin, Naismith or Grainger as the other options at centre half. Maybe freeing a wage for Stevenson??

From what ive heard he was homesick, all his family stay in Kirkintilloch so he wants be back in Glasgow.

Thought first half we battled well rode our luck at times but overall going in 0-0 at halftime you would be happy with. 2nd once they got their goal players collapsed, I though the players looked really tired, I really hope DL has got a few players lined up, the squad is so thin and really lacks options. Goodwin has become a bit of an easy target for the refs, and it doesn't help when other managers mention his name in the media after games! Although I did think his booking was a bit harsh today. DL done the right thing taking off.

John McGinn was different class, bossed the midfield, and fair play to Lennon for taking Goodwin off, right decision was one tackle away from being sent off. Any update on Kenny McLean injury?

Iam not saying he didn't work hard yesterday, he is just not a left sided midfielder, best position in the centre of midfield, I think he could also play just off Thompson.

Thought we started the game well and had a couple of half chances, but the heads went down after they scored. Midfield was poor yesterday, McLean just doesn't work out left, I though he could have been doing with taking Thompson off when the got the 3rd, he looks like he could be doing with a rest. Think we need to 2 strikers in January. Lack of pace in the team is worrying.

Only change i would make would be Teale for Mclean with Newton back in the centre alongside Goodwin. We should have nothing to fear against Hearts, so got to have a go, With Teale in the side, we have natural width and bit of creativity.

I would stick with Kelly, thought he had really good game, was always looking for a pass, was pretty solid in the tackle and linked up well with Mcginn.

Its a start, looks promising, we needed someone with a bit of pace, still think we need a left winger, and another striker for the squad.

would be happy if he signed, decent player, just a bit suprised he has agreed to play on astrograss after his injury.

Neil Lennon has sent him back to the reserve dressing room, not happy with his attitude, thinks he need a good boot up the a*se. So maybe a loan move would work for all parties, there is no doubt the boy is a talent, and if there was a chance we could sign him would be great signing. I had also heard that they might be willing to send Mcgeogh out on loan depending how he starts the season, and i would take him.

Carey and Mcgowen both got 2 year extensions last year, barron was never left back, was good at defending, but struggled going forward, always had to cut inside onto his right foot. would love jure to stay, but looks very unlikely, mayde DL might line up another loan move from down south.
