Sports village should create a number of opportunities for the club. Office space in the corners could well be part of this.

I'm already working with Gordon & the Club to make improvements but it will be in small steps. It's too big to bite off in one go.
We'll make incremental changes for the better starting with a new responsive design for the website. That will go live in September.
Then we'll add incremental improvements section by section to improve the purchasing process. Rome won't be built in a day but we will get there.

In this in-depth study (one hour long) into 'Scotland's Game', the so-called experts failed to even mention St Mirren, Motherwell, Kilmarnock, Dunfermline, Queens Park, Raith Rovers, Falkirk, Morton, Parick Thistle, Hamilton Accies, etc etc. In fact they mentioned only five teams - Celtic, the now-defunct Rangers, and then coming a very poor second Dundee United, along with Dundee, Aberdeen, Hibs and Hearts.  
Whilst so-called religious sectarian prejudices can be attributed to a great extent to the dominance of the former 'Old Firm' in Scottish football over the past century, this has been fuelled and sponsored by the Scottish press. Can you name a national daily (tabloid or broadsheet) in Scotland that does not devote at least 80% of its football coverage to the cancerous twosome?
Then they have the cheek to pose the question "what's gone wrong with the game in Scotland?".
The simple truth is that only Celtic and the now-defunct Rangers count and every other club is irrelevant and of no consequence.

Loss of all sponsorship...... Mince, who would want to be condoning cheating by publicly withdrawing their support?
Loss of gate money from ExGers visits....... Mince, Club 12 fans (less in numbers certainly) will attend and there will be less stewarding/policing costs to the Club. Also the home gate will go up because 'they' are not there.
Loss of Hospitality.............. Possibly, but theirs only one thing worse than and Arrogant ExGers fan... A Corporate Arrogant ExGers fan

( I think those two will be knocking around the same old folk's ward in 40 years time - friendship goes back to c.1970 !!)
In the meantime, he raised the point that if Celtic or Rangers went down this CiC route, with the sizes & geographical spread of their support & facilities, then "They wouldn't be in the mess they are in now.......... It must be too clever for them"

Feared the worst when we were at 62% on Tuesday. The past 48 hours so have been ...... incredible. Great credit has to go to Div for marshalling this from the website and spreading the word on Twitter and elsewhere.
Yes, it's a step into the unknown and we can't quite be sure where this is going to lead. However, that's what happens when you're doing something revolutionary. That's what this is! The first top flight club in the UK to be controlled by its fans.

I can understand the annoyance of some members on here regarding the comments about numbers in the supporters bar. It may initialy sound a bit of a whinge and i agree it's not the MAIN resason why anyone should sign up for the cic. But if 700 people are allocated a cic membership with the right to attend the bar and sign another in can you not apprieciate that you might have some unhappy members if they can't gain access. I'm thinking this could happen at the begining when intrest in the facility is at its hight and the last thing i want to see in the papers or local news is disgruntled St Mirren fans giving negative plubicity. You all know there are some in the 700 who would do so. Personaly i just want to see this bid carry positive momentum with the whole of Paisley behind it.
