The myth of Reilly being some kind of Championship superhuman is exactly that - a myth. He had a short period of time where he scored a reasonable amount of goals - 11 in the league I believe... this is by no means the kind of form that shows he would've set the Prem alight, especially considering my biggest problem with his play was his tendency to be muscled out of games, this would've simply been magnified in a more physical league. Nothing to do with ego, quite simply if and when our starting first choice striker requires subbing next season, Danny Mullen will be a far more suitable option to bring on and hassle defenders, make runs, and hold up the ball.

Not the standard we need for Premiership. Mullen is a far more rounded player and more of a 'project'. Added into the fact Reilly has held out for well over a month with an offer on the table. Best thing for all parties.

Of the mentioned names McIntyre is most appealing IMO (although even he has led a poor Pars team and built a poor County team as recent as last season). If we give the job(s) to T&T we are finished in the top league. Either bring in a proper manager or don't bother. Also, what happened to the point about DL being too friendly? Surely that point should be put to bed considering T&T are mates with the players and bound to be even more friendly?

Danny has lost any respect he ever had from the players and fans, the relationship is now broken beyond repair, We need a change for the sake of him, the fans and the club. Although, when the players can't kick their own respective backsides it won't make a difference.
