Perhaps too many changes in that short period of time has been too much for the organisation (St Mirren FC) as a whole & if lessons are being learned. Less of the too much too soon in future

I genuinely wonder if all the off field issues have played a part in the dip in form on the pitch.
In my current work, two service managers have just left in acrimonious circumstances, those that remain have to apply for their own jobs, there is a total lack of communication from senior management and there is a complete lack of direction. Sound familiar?
The result is a demoralised workforce and usually competent people making stupid mistakes, and some people going missing in action.
Currently, JG will have no real support above him, given JN is allegedly at war with Kibble, SMISA caught in the middle, and Tony being...well, Tony. All compounded by zero communication. While JG has made mistakes, most notably sticking to 3 at the back and his inability to find a goal scoring striker, but i think the main problems with our club are firmly at Board level.

Some of us didn't have to wait till the pudding was served up.  We knew it was shit idea from the start,  and the buck lies with the smisa board. Whatever made them think inviting a outside company onto the board with power making authority in a fan buyout was good idea...  There was no reason why the Kibble couldn't have had a partnership with the Club without selling out the Buy The Buds deal before it had even got off the ground....

This is a forum, not a court of law, Bazil so providing evidence is impossible but I'm lead to believe that there are enough well informed people contributing to this thread who have contacts within Smisa, within the board, from ex-directors and former employees who have been given the information by word of mouth and are confident that these allegations are true. This information is now circulating and you can choose to believe it or not (That's my disclaimer and from now on I'm simply going to refer to allegations)
The legal threat to remove the chairman has, allegedly, been delivered to Smisa and, allegedly, they've been legally warned not to discuss it in public. No one can provide hard copies of the letter (i.e. the evidence you desire) without apparently running the threat of legal action.
Why would anyone make up such a story?  If Smisa are muzzled where does our club go from here? Forgive me if I'm wrong but it seems that you are pro Kibble but it might be an idea get onside with Smisa and not Kibble. Why? Well, Smisa have the club's best interest at heart. I wonder if Kibble do? 
The full story will fully emerge but Smisa are, allegedly, being muzzled right now. Why not get in touch with Smisa yourself  - they are easy to contact - and see if you get an exact or a vague reply. But providing evidence would be literally an impossible task at this time.
The contributors to this thread should not waste their time with petty point scoring against each other (the "my dad's bigger than your dad" kind of argument/point scoring is tiring and boring) but should instead look at the bigger picture of what is happening at the club.  
We have a democratically elected chairman who Kibble are, allegedly, trying to have removed. Irrespective of anyone's thoughts on John Needham's behaviour, surely nobody with half a brain feels that Kibble should carry such authority. That's not democracy.

First of all, being so quick to jump on social media to decry the club is not the behaviour befitting a supporter.  It is the behaviour of an attention seeker.
 
Secondly, the club have acted properly and professionally in maintaining a dignified silence.  The matter has been heard, the bunnet's in blazers have acquiesced to the blue bigots and a meaningless punishment has been brought upon our fine club.  The matter is closed and I commend the club in its actions thereafter.

I'm out the loop on what is lawful/unlawful or sectarian/nonsectarian in Scotland. Living in England has it's benefits of no one I know gives a toss about religion/sectarianism.
Has John Needham offended Rangers or has his tweets been unlawful?
If the former, he should be censured not to do it again and be reminded of his responsibilities the Chairmanship of St Mirren FC brings & he should fight tooth & nail to never give rangers 2 stands ever again.
