div
Was already on a booking too, so got two reds and a yellow in the same game. Almost Abercromby-esque.

class of 76-77
He looked in trouble all of the first half and the tackle on Connor Newton was a pretty crude and miss timed effort, it was no surprise when he eventually got the red card as he was a yard off the pace and had the look of an unfit player struggling to keep up with the high tempo pace of the game. He was stupid to get involved after receiving his red card as it has now cost him his place in the fakes team, looks like they've signed a replacement too. saint in exile
What's the rule about post-match red cards? Exactly when does the 'match' end as regards player behaviour? If a player verbally abused the Ref in the car park after a game when everybody was showered and dressed and on the team bus, would that still be a red card? Edinbuddie
An effective centre half in his day but that's more to do with the standard of the SPL. An absolute donkey!

A red card can only be provided on the field of play - the game is ended once the players and officials leave the field of play (technically a red card could be shown on the park and after the final whistle has sounded). The talk of a second red card is normally in respect of the actual offence committed and can be subject to a referee report. The referee would normally advise the player of the referral, but no actual card would be shown if it happened directly after the game (off field). If in the car park the ref would need to decide if he was going to make comment, however in general not advisable to inflame the situation, though this event could appear in a referee report and could be subject to sanctions that would be similar to an offence committed such as an on field red.
