pozbaird Posted February 8, 2015 Report Share Posted February 8, 2015 For my wife's retirement do last year, we hired Georgics Bar at the Millennium Hotel, George Sq. Can recommend it - you get the whole bar to yourself. Might be worth a call if you're interested to find out the deals they are doing. The proprieter in that public house is a young hairy faced man by the name of Alan McKim. Having conversed with him (he is a great singer and musician himself) he knows many on the current "music scene". As for a venue, the Flamingo in Halfway was popular with the young bucks.
