Drew
We've booked tickets to see it at Eden Court in Sneck when we're up there for a short break at the end of the month. Looking forward to it.

Drew
There was a screening last night for journos and critics. Seem to have been relatively well reviewed.

antrin
I enjoyed it very much - as a fillum. Not as cheery and strangely uplifting as the first one, but still good all the same. Not as many laughs but still some - an amusing wee song called 1690... Begbie's not aged so well but still kinda scary....
mcd54
Son-in-law away to see it tonight, will get the low down tomorrow!
Eric Arthur Blair
Saw it at lunchtime today. Bar a couple of story-line gripes it was great. Fantastic acting, brilliamt soundtrack and, much as it pains me, Edinburgh looked stunning.

It didn't have as many dark moments as the first but the ending wasn't as good as the first l felt . However , still a good fillum and worth a watch if you enjoyed the first outing . . Certainly more of Edinburgh in this one but they still mangaed to sneek in a couple of Glasgow shots. .

I can envisage the 1690 song getting sung at Orange and Masonic Lodges all over the world very soon.

Funnily enough - I thought similarly about the 1690 song - though it would never be sung at a Masonic lodge, I feel certain.
