And will continue to do so until admission prices to league matches are heavily reduced.

THIEVING CNUTS

FECKEM

Ever reliable Mr S.  Easter Road has a record crowd of over 65,000 . Now a tidy,  all seated stadium which holds 20,000.  Good view from the area we occupy.

I was wrong, 2 games in 11 years, you win. :byebye

9277 and 6266 were the 2 attendances at Fir Park.

Actually , boycott began around 2002.

Have attended about 5 or 6 away league matches since then.

Started to get annoyed in the Millennium Season when Livy charged us £11 and their own fans £9.

The beginning of the end of the fans game.

Thanks Shull. It's good to keep in mind that Cody and Josh are young guys that took a big chance trying to live their dream of being a top flight footballer. Good on them and I hope Cody scores a worldy winner against Hibs.

What the feck are you on about ?

Big fecking deal.

Simple.. now seems you might be... Boyle tried the price reduction route.  The club went bust.  Businesses lost money owed by the club.

Reducing prices didn't work.. Get it?

Absolutely nothing to do with what we are talking about.

So shut Yir fecking hole here and check the Thread elsewhere.

I have never once said, slash prices and leave overheads constant.

Thick cnut now skimmed.

Sorry Smokie and Whydowebother.

You were both 100% correct about the arsehole from Stirling.

I was completely wrong. He is thick and moronic and still hasn't proved my racism that he accused me of.

Will be putting my  superskimming skills into overdrive.

What a fecking moron.

Thick Rick, do one. :byebye

Let's make it really easy.  Reduce your taxi fares to a flat rate of 1 pound.  I guess you might be busier but could you afford the purchase and running costs of your cab and make a living?  If so.. Why are you not doing it?  You could work for less as you suggest players do or get yourself another job as you suggest they do.

In other words,  it's an inconvenient truth for you Shull.

I admire your tenacity in pursuing your argument but in this case you are just plain wrong.

However, if you want to try a year running your taxi based on a 1 pound flat rate.  Go for it.

Well seeing who agreed and liked your post.

Just to clarify before I go.

Not once have I said Clubs should reduce prices without reducing costs first. I have said all Clubs should reduce prices after a 3 year window where in that time they can adjust budgets to suit.

For the same reason I wouldn't reduce my prices while my expenses are the same.

It has been explained many times so you and IOBS can sod off.

But would you reduce your prices and your costs i.e. would you accept earning less from your taxi to be fair to your punters by giving them a better deal? Maybe make up the difference by getting a second job?

If the answer to that question is no, then why would you expect football clubs to do so?

I ask this question in spite of the inherent risk of unjustifiably being called a thick cnut.

My customers are not getting ripped off. Our prices are fair.

Using the inflation indicator, our fares are where they should be compared to when I startit in 1987.

As for football admission prices.

Really no need to answer the above post. He summed it up perfectly.
