Anyway, talking about 5 minutes, i hope campbell plays from the start. He ain't going to enjoy his football if he spends a lot of time on the bench and it won't be easy getting him back here next season.

Where to start? The odd decent passage but for the most part second to the ball, sloppy passing, lack of awareness of opposition players movement, panic 'clearances' back into danger in our own box. Hoofs to Thompson to win most flicks but with no support just giving up possession. Allowing Utd defenders to simple race past on the wing ..no tricks.. just a kick ahead and beat our defenders to it.

Why would you sit Campbell on his arse in the dug out? The lad has been sharp and scored as many from outfield play as anyone bar Thompson in what time he's been given.
No disrespect to them, because the did their best, but we chose to play a clearly not match fit Djemba Djemba with virtually no games to his name in a year then replaced him with 35yr old Teale who has been out of action with a hernia for months on end.....then send on Campbell for 7 minutes......Where the hell is the sense in that? Seriously what on earth can Danny be thinking with that logic?

So we have a very highly rated English under twenty one international player that Daniel Lennon has been quoted in the press as saying that our club have been after for some time.
I have heard him referred to as a "player" and a "speed merchant".
But yet Daniel Lennon decided to play young Adam at right midfield today. I am annoyed at this.
If Alan Pardew or anyone at Newcastle saw that game today they would be well within reason at taking him straight back as our Mr Lennon will waste that young lad.

I have finally extracted the digit and updated the list of "Top Man" so you can now choose the likes of Adam Campbell, Marian Kello and, erm, Alex Beckett.

3-0 down at half time, Hibs clearly got a rocket up their backsides from butcher. And they kept the ball much better. Despite this they had no shots of note to test Kello.
They scored with a flashing header from a corner. Then I thought we knocked it about okay, soaked up their pressure without too much hassle.
Then another set piece, booted into the box, Thommo loses his bearings and heads it straight to Collins to nod in a second.
We did quite well in killing the game from open play, second half. Just slipped up at set plays.

It's a bit of an injustice to call the first goal an 'OG'. Should have been given to Gowser.

I've been watching St Mirren for 20 years.
That's the best 45 minutes of football away from home I've ever seen.
I truly mean that. Who knows how the game will finish? We may lose 4-3, we may win 7-0.
That 45 minute will live long in my memory regardless. Enthralling stuff, absolutely enthralling.
