Saw a bit of it last night and predicted who'd get the bullet. From what I saw the whole thing seems very staged now and Sugar is almost a parody of himself with his own cliches , meanwhile he tells the rest of them he hates cliches. .

She looks seriously unhinged to me.
I don't like this show. I understand that there is an intended element of point and laugh as thoroughly objectionable types make a rip roaring c**t of themselves then unravel before our eyes, but that doesn't detract any from the fact that they remain a despicable bunch of f**kers who I don't want in my front room if I can help it.

Right the way I heard it was this, "There is enough evidence to bring a case against Mr Roache and it is in the public interest to do so."
Obviously , we don't know what that evidence is but since Saville, I think the rozzers are investigating all these types of complaints. A rozzer on the radio this morning said as much but l'm not sure that it has always been the case. I heard a guy on the radio a couple of months ago saying that he knew Saville got off with complaints about kiddie fiddling in the late 5ts, Saville bought his way out the guy reckoned. .
Right now there probably a bunch of over 70's guys who live in/lived in Cheshire who worked in the BBC/ other tv channel that are currently shitting their breeks. .

If you are falsely accused then you can sue. I seem to remember an overweight ex tory party chairman doing that to fairly good effect.

You're bang out of order with your ranting on this one. What is this about nine year olds? You have a real fixation about it. Roache isn't part of the Yewtree investigation so it might well be that whoever is complaining wasn't a minor. That doesn't necessarily mean he is innocent but he should be deemed to be until proved guilty. it's one of the basic tenets of British justice. The stigma that is attached to this kind of accusation should allow the accused to have anonymity until found guilty. If guilty, hell slap it into them. The culture of compensation in this country is encouraging some chancers. What we're hearing is lynch mob culture.

That is true . The accused should have some protection until proved guilty. Most of the ones arrested post "saville" haven't came as a great surprise, even the one about DLT being a groper. I was surprised about the arrest of Rolf Harris tho' , I didn't expect him to be a miscreatan, hope he isn't. .

I'd agree Buddiecat, I do however think there should be some sort of protection in place to stop papers identifying these people until there is at least enough evidence to bring them to court.

never too long to wait, some will get encouragement to come forward when they see others are now being believed, i will never judge anyone accuser or accused until the facts come out, but those who suffer have to deal with it their own way and it's up to them to speak out about it - no matter how long it takes them

the street has yet another surprise extended holiday in the offing, i presume.
They'll be hiring extra editors to remove the footage of all of the alleged miscreants.
Wonder what the next revelation will be, My money is on a child-eating scandal involving the meerkats

Perhaps Hasselbaink told him the Fakes were a bigger club but now that Ross County are top 6 they have matched or bettered the offer and he has decided Hasselbaink is talking rubbish.
Personally I blame Charles Green, he has done a deal giving both us and County a sh*t load of money to block the 12-12-18. Ask any Celtic supporter.

Anyone having a smug smile to themselves at the clamour of Sevconians at the news that the sale of the **** to whyte is subject to an investigation?
And given that most of the said Sevconians don't realise this sale was negotiated and concluded with a certain Mr Gary Withey, employee of a company that is/joined Duff & Duffer... A company that if the evidence proves, should have performed due dilligence on said buyer Whyte, but apparently didn't!
A compamy that was then at the request of Whyte appointed by the court as administrators! A company that at the eleventh hour of facilitating a transfer of assets to Sevco passed some documents to the police in respect of "irregularties" with whyte's takeover!
A company that facilitated the sale of these assets to another Sevco, and carried out the administration of the **** from Feb 2012 to Nov 2012!
If the whole sale of the **** is proved illeagal? then the subsequent rush to transfer to one sevco then another by the same parties will be investigated in full with major consequence...!
this has got plenty of mileage and entertainment value in it for many months to come! No wonder Charlie Chuckles has lost it big time! he can see what's round the corner and it's not looking good.

The sign you refer to on the Main road has been there since Shull was a boy. However , see my other post about another Elderslie sign adjacent to the the Innkerman road turn off. .

    Afraid not Neil.
The boundary is the railway line at Linwood Toll.
Elderslie starts at the tenaments after Aldi's but the railway bridge leading to Linwood Road is Paisley.
Linwood doesn't start until after the roundabout leading to the motorway

I fear this might just be an unfortunate misunderstanding.
Is it not possible that DSS was simply calling out encouragement to Isma Goncalves who could have scored his third goal against Celtic in as many games?
    "Three pal, this time!"
FFS, that was truly awful. I've already got my coat and I'm heading out the door.....

Now , that reminds me of a song I got at school about the Bold Gendarmes, "when we meet a helpless woman or little boys who do no harm, we run them in ,we run them in , to sho that we are the bold Gendarmes". .
What the rozzers are saying , is that , if there are enough of you , they turn a blind eye to civil disobedience. .
I remember we played the other half at Loves Street , in a game that had been put back because der hunn was away getting beaten by Zenits St Petersburg. A chap in the NB produced a small St Petersburg flag and held it up toward the zombies. A rozzer wearing a hat with scrabbled egg on it told the lad to put the flag away. Meanwhile , at halftime a massive bigot flag was unfurrled in the away end. The lad in the NB asked the rozzers why that was allowed and he said that the lad in the NB would have to ask the rozzers in the away end. .
It is a numbers game. .
At one point today , it sounded like the whole stadium was singing , "If you hate Craig Burley etc. ."
