It's the wrong impression mate

A bit harsh mate. The reality is that the club need to work with the police and the security staff too and there are also supporters who DON'T like a drum at the games.
As I say, expect news on this, probably today, and it is positive news.

You can expect news regarding the drum very shortly.

Superb performance and a great result to go with it. All or nothing and we got all, back in the mix now.

You 'criticised' a 'Rangers' player - skidmark cannae allow that to happen to one of his peepul.

That's the first game I can actually remember attending, although I know I was at lots before then.  It really stuck in my memory.  Colin Stein?  Waste of money!!

My folks always talk about that game fondly, not just because it's magic getting one over Rangers. My old man was at the game and decided to go out to celebrate the victory with his pals. Later that night he met my mum for the first time and the rest is history. 3 kids and 6 grandkids later, that Hughie Gilshan goal has a lot to answer for.

Think everyone has agreed all along that the next two games are ones we must win.

If we do that, and Morton beat Dumbarton next weekend then we go off the bottom of the league for the first time since September.

It's far from a formality but it would be a significant milestone.

I'd say with four wins from our last six outings and only one defeat that it's imperative that we DONT deviate from the same routines that we have been using successfully in that run.

Whilst I do understand it is more of a commercial ploy than anything else, would certainly prefer us to be playing teams in their first team home kit when there is no obvious clash......I'm an old fashoined git. And yes even though "I know who the teams are in whatever kit they are playing" in,I just don't think you can beat the look and feel of traditional gear on both teams. My rant and pet hate over thanks for your insights and thoughts.
Good luck to all traveling to the cup on the weekend........and more importantly retetion of league status in the coming weeks and the rebuild for title challenge next season...... Love this team Saints till I die and hopefully beyond.

Can somebody please enlighten me on the rules or non rules now, of when we NEED to wear our away kit,
Can't for the life of me undersrtand why when we play away that we can't wear our normal home kit when we do not clash ie against hibs,or raith etc etc
I notice that for some reason whenever the two glasgow clubs they of green and bluemeet they ALWAYS wear their normal kit no matter who's stadia they play at?
WHY Don't/Can't we?????
I used to love love watching us play clubs in their regular team home kit just added to the fact that you knew who exactly you were playing and added to the atmosphere.

A draw against United would not be a disaster, giving us the opportunity to beat QOS and, fingers crossed, Ayr lose we could be above them, albeit on goal difference.
An important week in a season of important weeks.

Then again, as with life in general, so is football - many people are part of Generation Biscuit - the slightest pressure and they crumble.
I see this everyday and I can't get my head around it at all. Why are people not energised by fight or flight?
Our players are about to find out a lot about their personal character over the next 2 months.
Right now I am seeing a bunch of decent guys working their socks off to get results for the club but lacking a bit of composure in front of goal.

I think we have improved enough to do that

Just need to win our own games don't rely on others
We NEED to start taking points off the top teams like the rest have done
Relying on just taking points off the bottom teams was never enough

Basic facts. We are now 8 + 9 points away from the team's above.
We have two games in hand over both of them. We won both games it becomes 2+3 points behind.

Now this is an Ayr Team that could only win 1-0 against a team without a recognised keeper and a Raith team that could not take anything from a very poor Ayr team t gay we have owned this season despite being shite ourselves!
We are better than both of them and if we continue our revival can overcome both of them.
A win tomorrow night will be great. A point is not a disaster. A loss makes it harder but not impossible.

We now need to get angry, and win tomorrow.

Absolutely ridiculous, how Raith couldn't get a keeper in for tonight's game or the SPFL not abandoning the game is f**king incredible!

I suppose I will make the great escape all the more sweeter ????

If we'd lost on Sat i would be conceding. We're still in with a chance and both teams are just about catchable.

We'll catch one if not both. We saw how pish Ayr are first hand. Raith are no better. Avoid defeat tomorrow and win next Wednesday at Raith and it's game on. They have about 1 win from 33 league games between them ffs! Have faith.

Until it's mathematically impossible for us to go down it's still possible that we could stay up. As like many of us Saints supporters all we can do is back Saints with as much support as we can muster. JR, The BODs, and the players will not let us down.
