SMiSA should have the cash to buy the club in summer 2023 therefore to get the SMiSA directors who will run the club familiar with running the club they should be put on the St Mirren board at the St Mirren AGM in December 2021 . So SMiSA should be setting out their vision for a community club over the next couple of years, forget any notion of ten years!

He has failed to come up with any ideas to improve the finances , and you have not addressed that. Jack Ross is doing a great job , he should not be part of this discussion. It's all about the club constantly dipping into the members money .

Bottom line is the club needs the money to repair the astro turf. The reason SMISA signed up with Gordon Scott to finance the takeover was because a) he had the cash available to do it AND b ) he was seen as a successful business man that was going to use his acumen to bring about new ideas for increasing the income of the club. this he has quite clearly FAILED , hence the constant requests for monies from SMISA. As the second largest shareholder and future custodians of the club , SMISA should looking at the club accounts before parting with any monies.

To balance the books we need to sell a young player EVERY year, the only way we can stop this is to get an extra 1000 people a week into the ground

First of all the club have to apply to be an elite academy . In doing so it commits to increase its qualified coaches, costing us money we do not have. At that point a company called Double Pass will come in and score the academy on various criteria, only then will we find out if we are to be one of the eight chosen.. We are stuck between a rock and a hard place, if we wish to be an elite academy it will require cash in excess that Smisa could provide, but if we do not attain elite status we will not attract the best young players(and their subsequent sale income) and we may lose our best youth coaches The academy needs its own sponsor .

The jags academy is backed financially by the millionaires that won the lottery , so we cannot compete against that or the old firm. But lets not forget McLean and McAllister came from the Rangers academy and no doubt these new academies will drop kids out , we just have to pick up the best of the rest.

How can we build an atmosphere in the stadium when this uncontrolled character drowns us out with drivel right up to the very second we kick off??
