There have been quite a few goals over the last few tournaments but I'm not a big fan of meaningless games so I'll take it with a pinch of salt. Tonight alone, the bawbag commentating on ITV had three different Dutch players linked with Man U, Newcastle, and 'North London clubs'. Fcuk sake. Just waiting for Tommy Craig to be linked with Fred. Not a great match but better than a lot of what we've seen over the last month. I thought the penalty was legit as contact continued on into the box. Silva should have been off anyway but that would have killed it stone dead. David Luis did that on his own.. F**king clown. A defender on his granny's side. Really looking forward to tonight. I stand to make £40 if Argentina win but I'd quite like to see the Germans do it. But what I'd really like to see is a great match befitting a World Cup final. Some Messi magic would be nice as well. On my early years over here I was at at a ship naming ceremony at Harland & Wolff and there were a couple of pensioners there who actually were at the launch and later saw Titanic sail out of Belfast Lough. They were school boys when they saw the launch and were old men when I spoke to them but it was great to hear their stories.
