I had a look back at photographs.

Anyone recognise the person in the tracksuit from 1990. Might be the person I seem to have remembered.

Bobby Pender was his name.  Had apparently worked with Van Basten when he was injured but was found to be a fake by one of the tabloids.

I had forgotten Bobby Pender. He was a con man of the highest degree and lasted a very short time.

He now calls himself a hyperbaric expert (https://oxyhelp.eu/testimonials/hyperbaric-oxygen-therapy-expert/) but has been censured for calling himself Doctor (https://www.asa.org.uk/rulings/hyperbaric-oxygen-therapy-ltd-a17-383407.html)

Just seen him in a video. He nearly quoted famous names of folk he's treated. [emoji1787]

Definitely not the name to have at school in the 1970s 🤣

I used to feel a bit sorry for new Labour leader Anas Sarwar's schooldays until I found out he went to private school.

I bet a few MSPs still snigger behind his back.

Who knows what might have happened in 87 if Utd hadn’t got a late pen in this game....................

I don't think I even knew how close DUFC were to not being the opponents!  Poor Forfar.

Forfar's second was just onside, I think.

VAR would have ruined that match - a Forfar fingertip or shadow might have had it ruled off...

Forfar were a really decent side in the 80s. I remember them battering a top quality Premier League team 5-1 in the League Cup.

Remember it well.

The good thing we signed Ferguson after it and our season picked up
