Plaudits go to, not only the back four, but the midfield in front.
Goodwin was IMMENSE but he wasn't alone in defending. This was a lesson in how to hold onto a lead. Yes. We rode our luck on two occasions but that's football. We also used the "outball" to almost good effect. In essence. This was an excellent away performance and an excellent away win.
We looked like a team tonight.

Aye I'm pretty sure Cheesy was in tears at the end. Incredible scenes.
Gary Teale wouldn't let the players off the pitch till every single one of them came over to the fans. They ran themselves into the ground and were nearly on their knees but they obliged.
The away section was bouncing the whole game, we really need to make more noise at the home games. The players feed off it, especially the young ones.
Oh and the desire shown by Mallan at his goal is incredible. He saw the opportunity and seized his chance. A Beckham like ball in by Kelly and a fantastic header the Mallandonna. Days like today more than make up for the several pumpings we take up in the Highlands.

I've watched the goal at least a dozen times now and it gets better each time i see it, so refreshing to see such a young lad be fearless on the pitch and take responsibilty with the ball, can only get better, well done young man.

Brilliant to be able to lift my 5 year old over the turnstile as well. We'll done the Dundee steward who told me to do so.

To be fair it's not one swallow, the team were really unlucky to lose last week despite being down to 10 men for 75 mins.
The signs are good but we need to be careful, Gary Teale has got off to a good start.

    Full time 1-3.
Not our best performance of the season, but an easy 3 points regardless. Teams like Dundee.. they're so catchable.
McLean was head and shoulders above everyone on the pitch, even though he was played out of position. Simply a class act.
The only way is up for us. Off the bottom and Killie at home next... Gary Teales black and white army

Your being a wee bit harsh Yards. The club could have been sold by now , there have been 20 separate enquiries some 'not suitable' others not putting in a bid. Maybe you don't like the current board , fine but at the end of the day they are St Mirren die hard's. A lot of fans would give their right arm to have die hard's run the club. As for Stuart being in South Africa so what ? Is the man not aloud to have a life outside the club. Remember this the guy that fought tooth and nail to save 'YOUR' club and with the rest of the board put up hard cash and signed over houses to save 'YOUR' club.
I work abroad in offshore. I speak to my wife a few times a day, we even video chat. It's almost 2015 mate there are lot's of way's to communicate , the day of the pigeon are truly gone. Lastly 20 different parties have looked at the club with not one making a firm offer even though they said they would. Just imagine Stuart cancelling his holiday each time someone came to look at the club.

Danny Lennon should still be our manager he won us cups and kept us in the League it's that simple!... with our Board cutting our budget every season what do Saints fans expect?
Yes last season Lennon made some bad signings! But this season Tommy Craigs have been worse our league position is worse!
I don't really expect St.Mirren to make top 6 untill investment comes along untill were bought or I win the Euro millions! What I do expect is the team to go out and compete under Lennon they did...
I still find it hard to believe we could have kept Lennon on a 12 month rolling contract! Instead of Giving his assistant with a poor managerial record a 2 year contract?
Lennon would have had us in a better position by now and even if he needed sacked would have been cheaper than paying of Craig!!!

15 of our 18 were under 22. Really puts a shine on it.
We are developing players, and we are getting results too.
Look out for our two goals on the highlights for those that missed the game.
Naismith is a league goal of the season contender. Touch and half volley from 20 yards after an overhit Kelly cross.
Drury is also a great strike. A great forward run by Caldwell (who should be starting IMO) then look at the first touch from Drury. Took it superbly then finished with aplomb.
    Two great goals.
That's us on the move. We've had a poor start I agree, yet we're not in the bottom 2. I'm looking upwards, not over our shoulder.

    What a game.
What guts and spirit we have, like nothing I've seen since the early Gus days.
Such a young team and such belief. What a deserved 3 points.
I bet the 'fans' who wrote us off and lost interest feel really silly now.
Once again, well done Tommy and the boys!!!

Great game actually, i am entertained. Real Saints deservedly infront, we have controlled it for large swathes, though StJ have had their moments.
Our young full backs - Kelly and Naismith - are excelling. Was them that linked up for the goal, what a finish Jason.
3 points are here if we keep that up, let's take them.

I cannot believe we have zero points and goals.
We should've humped Motherwell and Dundee and got at least a draw today.
We are not a bad Team
    We were playing well today.
    It will come good,
