I think we often run risks on here of thinking/ assuming BAWA is a majority view. That's been shown to be wrong quite often.
In saying that, for some of the St Moan loyal on here I've probably done Animal a big favour in knocking the use of "Fibble" 🤣

Fibble , love that . Though I suspect the those working for Kibble won't.
Those working for rival companies that compete for the same business as Kibble will be loving this terminology and how this relationship is seemingly developing.
Kibble really shouldn't really be making enemies as it will just result in name calling   petty accusations and there will be no winners .
With that in mind , I think both parties should seek a compromise that allows both parties to come out the arrangement with dignity.
And BTW , I'm one of the guys that believe the rumours to be true  , and am concerned about the impact it could have on the team .

Let’s get the Kibble out of our club. Regroup as a fan base and get back to paying our money to own our club.

My revision of my stance had nothing whatsoever to do with Kibble.

You have fabricated that and no matter how many times you repeat it, it is still just a figment of your tiny mind!

The matter was dealt with by the SFA.

    Our chairman was rightfully punished.

    He apologised.

Saints have said there will be no further commitment.

That particular issue is therefore concluded and nothing can be gained from dragging it on...

Unless you are hell bent on destroying our club!

Hold on everyone, please take a breath; let’s do that and look at the direction of this debate.
Let’s all agree that we differ on what John Needham should do.
Debating the merits of his punishment may well be more important were it not for a much greater threat and that is what we should be talking about.
There are posters on here really worried about the stability of the club whose concerns (and accurate) revelations have been dismissed as conspiracy theories. This has led to discussions that move away from the clear and present danger most fans are not yet aware of.
As information that will probably see the light of day over the coming couple of days will show WE SHOULD ALL BE CONCERNED ABOUT THE BIGGER PICTURE, WHICH IS THE SAFETY OF OUR CLUB.
I ask that anyone new on here together with regular posters, no matter their viewpoint, read back to posts from myself amongst others.
Look at the evidence of Kibble involvement and where we are now. Look at staff comings and goings, contract announcements and then quiet cancellations. Look at huge announcements from Club and Kibble about the new professionalism they would bring. Look at how that has turned out.
They even replaced one of their own original two SMFC board directors with no explanation of why to the fans! And no one has asked.
Ali de Foy was effectively sacked for poor performance - she cost far more than she made in the time she was ‘Brand Manager’. Remember the flurry of publicity at the time? Gone in silence.
We have no club doctor. We have no named matchday safety officer. We had both.
The next silent departure will astound you – especially in light of the threat of legal action to gag SMiSA(and possibly other club directors) from a panicking Kibble. A resignation made OVER A WEEK AGO and not relayed to the support from a club that should have actually publicly thanked the individual for his efforts.
But communication is not the club’s thing. Which is strange given they were quick enough to ask us all to re-register for season tickets after all data was deleted by a supplier they sacked after two years of a five year contract!
Communication is less than zero, phones are no longer answeredand we are a Premiership football club with a general manager employed not by the club but by a charity to which she is 100 per cent answerable.
So if you are not convinced of at least some of these so-called conspiracy theories being true, then you don’t believe in the principal of probability.
Please consider that something is rotten right at the heart of our club. It’s yours, yours and mine. It is not Kibble’s to abuse.
This is happening. And matters are about to deteriorate even more.

If Kibble are threatening or even are taking legal action against SMISA then SMISA have a duty to advise the members of this action. I have not seen anything to suggest that SMISA have done this.
Also worth remembering that SMISA are the majority shareholder on the SMFC board and Kibble are a minority. They can have the ultimate voting rights on any decision on the board. If Kibble are taking action against SMISA or their representatives then they are jeopardising the board and ultimately SMFC.
Separately at the time i did wonder why a Rangers fan would trawl through the Chairman of SMFC twitter account to find these  posts from way back. In all intents and purpose John Needham is a nobody to these fans, therefore why was he targeted when i am sure every other clubs representatives have similar posts on their social media.
If as you say this is the Kibbles workings and it can be proven then the Kibble are jeopardising SMFC not SMISA then SMISA would have a possible legal argument to remove Kibble from the board.
Read extract from legal advice on companies (caveat is that there is a shareholders agreement in place to protect Kibbles place on the board, however not sure where this agreement would stand if they were taking action against their own board)
The Companies Act 2006 and the normal rule is that a simple majority of shareholders can remove a Director from office.
A minority Shareholder who holds less than 50% of the shares is, conversely, in a weak position as he is unable to control the board

There will be top end Championship clubs in England desperate to sign McGrath.  We could get quite a decent fee for him , certainly more than what was offered last transfer window . As soon as a club signs him and puts him on a three year contract his value will be £3 million as a current Irish International.  Should the team get promoted that value would triple . Look out for Celtic offering sweeties .

I think there will be teams wanting McGrath this season to help their push for promotion.  Some teams will probably be touching base just now to try and get a deal done early.  There will be lots of scouts watching McGrath in the next two ROI games knowing he us available relatively cheap in the next transfer window . I think we will get considerably more for him in January , than what Hibs were offering in September.

I thought Shaughnessy had his best game yet for Saints.
    Flawless.

I was slaughtered last week for saying that I thought he played better with McCarthy beside him.

    I stand by that.
