Best we have played for a long time. Kwon, Kiltie and Gogic were immense. The rest were merely excellant. Hibs were never in the match. Fully expected to lose today so was incredibly happy at the outcome.

Due to circumstances I was forced to follow today's game on BBC radio.
Well done to the lads. Sounds as if they all had a good game. Also, credit to the travelling fans. They must have surely enjoyed what they saw.
I think we should petition the BBC NOT to send Michael Stewart to any of our games from now on. Every report he sent was all about how poor Hibs were. He complained over and over about the penalty we got. We understood that he thought it was soft the FIRST time he mentioned it! Also, he stumbled over the names of our new players - clearly hadn't taken the time to check them out. Finally, on Mandron's goal, it was fully 25 seconds into his report before he told us which team had scored. Abysmal!

Great display. Every single player looked up for it today. Moved the ball well and played some really nice stuff. Well deserved 👍

How I wish I'd gone to Easter Road!
I always consider the Butterfly Effect though. If I'd gone through, we would not be 3-0 up!

Delighted to hear this. Talented player with very good experience north and south of the border and a great captain for us. Speaks well and comes across as a good guy too.
Hopefully he can contribute to the upward journey that the club are on at the moment and bring through exciting young players, something the McGinn boys know about first hand.
Welcome back Stephen and good luck.

The thing that shocks me most about this whole episode is that this f**king thread is still alive!!

All that would appear to tell me is that some fans don't care or value integrity, in the people who run the club, so long as we are doing okay on the pitch, I refuse to believe that.

Maybe there are some "current workings" that need changed.
And what Callum said above. -

I don’t think there are many who are set on that course but I’d bet the majority of fans would like to ensure the reputation of our club is not tainted by individuals or organisations who don’t act in a professional or ethical manner.

How do you know the opinions of the majority of St Mirren fans? -

Apparently, someone thinks that because the funding wasn't granted and, even if it was, it would have required SMFC approval for the plan to go ahead, that nothing of note has occurred. The fact that Kibble used the SMFC charity name in their proposal without consent and presented SMFC land to be used in their proposal without consent, seems to not matter a jot to someone.
As I have previously said, it's about the trustworthiness of those involved. -

Basil,
The scenario you now claim never happened, started with a funding application from Kibble to build on land, they didn't own & without the landowners knowledge.
Just because the stadium ban has been lifted for AW, I doubt the "scenario" is going to be simply brushed under the carpet as easily as you desire it to.
No matter how many times you say it, it simply isn't true that it is a trivial matter, especially not with the court action taken so far.
You are very mistaken in suggesting, the "scenario" didn't happen.
Without that funding application, this "scenario" would never have happened.
Hopefully, lessons have been learned & scenarios like this never happen again.

it seems to me that people are more pi**ed about your eagerness to diminish its importance and for it to be swept under the carpet.........smoke........fire!

Let’s not forget that when Kibble were introduced to us, we were promised a different approach and a new , better level of professionalism.
I don’t know if this debacle has been Under hand or a basic error but one thing it’s hasn’t been is Professional.
