Best way to get the penalty miss out of his system to be fair. What I think has helped him is we now a system that is working being 1 up top with 2 attacking midfielders supporting and good ones at that.

The fact Motherwell were booed off at half and full time says it all. They are absolute gash and were lucky to get a point.
If Kelly hadn't had a couple of top drawer saves at the end we would have got the 3 points we deserved.

Fair enough in some parts but we are talking about someone who has held high responsible positions in previous employment which to be honest, would probably use a fair bit if social media so no excuses. I've had a few colleagues who have got themselves in the crap over what they have put on social media and accused of bringing who I work for into disrepute.
