Short memories the boy is only 19.
Won a penalty and set up a goal at ibrox was our only threat that day not his level? anyone can do that when Rangers were flying at the start of the season.
He was prob one of the first names on the team sheet up until he was chomped down by Falkirk defender and was out for a while.

Half time and despite horrific broadband issues I am pleased to say we are still leading 1-0 through that Alan Gow goal.

Had a few dealings with AM throughout the years, always found him straightforward and relatively easy to deal with.
Does a lot of charity work behind the scenes.
No complaints from this department if he wants to train, lend a hand, get fit, whatever with Saints.

Ally McCoist plays five-a-sides with Rae, amongst others.
As someone mentioned earlier, probably trying to keep fit and Rae has offered him an opportunity to lose a stone or ten.

Team looking stronger IMO;

Marc McAusland was a reasonable player who did not deserve the amount of abuse he got on this forum, however I do not think for a minute that the abuse he received on this forum was the sole reason McAusland, made a sudden departure from St.Mirren, that is my opinion and is no better or no less valid than anybody else.
Kelly seems to be the player singled out for a lot of abuse, again abuse we St.Mirren fans should not in my opinion be putting out on a public forum, not only does it give the player the feel bad factor, but also installs confidence to a small degree to opposition teams.
I, foolishly branded a player a dud after 1 game and without even seeing him play, it was stupid but borne out of frustration.
We are St.Mirren supporters and for some on this forum always will be, so when it comes to commenting on any St.Mirren players when that player has had a bad game, all I ask is think about it before typing via your keyboard.

History will show Marc as a legend, all the negative pish spouted on here will be forgotten as it is pish.

Thats the thing, just because he works for a radio station that not many have heard of on here, it doesnt mean his source of information is any less than what we hear on here from some posters.
He is a radio presenter, who as you have mentioned div, has worked on a vary of stations alongside a few famous names. That radio station dedicates a chunk of its material to sport and it has to be sourced from somewhere. Here is hoping that he has someone in the know right enough and something comes of this news.

Couple of posters I trust here in this thread suggesting there could be something in this. Interesting.
Hopefully it is close. I do feel the club needs new direction in the boardroom and if it isn't to be SMiSA then we'll just need to hope any prospective new owners are good guys who can help get us moving forward again.
