Don't see a problem here? I'm sure they are using the traditional scouting methods etc and putting it on a social network for business and professionals is just a sign of the times in this digital world.
I honestly don't care how we get the right players, as long as we get them.

He's probably the biggest living legend we have - doubt anyone comes close. Always positive about the club. Sometimes too positive, but I'd rather that than too negative.

We won't win the Premiership by 2019, but at least we're setting the bar high...

You should feel proud of what you have achieved SMiSA members. The less able fans can get shelter from the rain and also have a better view thanks to you and the companies who also contributed. The viewing platform is ready for use.
It's all about what you do with funds raised and not about how much you can raise.
    Thank you.

Absolutely delighted this has been done. The right sort of thing for us to be spending money on.

This is petty points scoring by a certain group of individuals who are not Saints fans. Ridiculous the way they are behaving and the fact it's being reported in the press.

Would hope the new board will look at moving all away supports in to the north stand.

I'd love to see the state of this system. Wembley Stadium can produce unreserved seating tickets for specific zones, even with a 90,000 capacity and with crowds expected to achieve capacity. A few seasons ago Dundee were able to make "reserved seating" an "extra" charging a supplement to anyone who wanted to reserve a specific seat on their season ticket. And clubs like Falkirk and Motherwell can sell stand specific tickets without seat numbers, Hamilton Accies can even manage a cash at the turnstyle option. But St Mirren can't issue 2,000 odd tickets for an 8,000 seater stadium without someone putting pants over their head, pencils up their nose and shouting "wibble wibble".

On Saturday 15 October I am taking along my Grand daughter,  her boyfriend and an Abu Dhabi young man, all of whom are studying at Strathclyde. I also hope to have my elder son and my grandson there. My younger son will be there if back from a family holiday. Who can you take along or persuade to come along? Irrespective of the result, this is a new St Mirren. (By the way my grand daughter's middle name is Mirren ).

Agree 100%. Teale got no support I could see from the board when it counted. Thrown in at the deep end as caretaker boss for December. Only announced as interim with 2 days left of the transfer window with lots of speculation about a takeover bid, new ownership for much of that time, no money to spend except what he could save from sending loanees back and terminating contracts early and then McLean sold on final afternoon with no time to source a replacement. He had some bad results in key games, but if we had any designs to try and fight relegation Teale had got the team playing quite well during his time as caretaker, had a run of games where key refereeing decisions went against him as well, then selling McLean hung Teale out on a hiding to nothing. I think Teale could very well have done better than Murray or Rae in the Championship if he had been given time to rebuild.

Keep the Northbank for Saints fans only.
My regular party of three have been doing the 'lets see which way we are attacking and sit at that end' tactic for a while now, just like the old Love Street days. Be much easier if no away fans. Realise unless North stand is open it may inconvenience some other fans but West stand should be ours and ours alone.

I understand the issues involved but I know that I don't have to tell you that "times, they are a changing".
I am not worried about being allocated a specific seat. By all means respect the choice of existing season ticket holders to claim their preferred seat.
I would be happy with W6 being set aside as a trial for  unreseved seating season tickets with W7 for fans from smaller clubs.
Free tickets to be encouraged and set in the family stand..
    Or something along those lines.
I am offerring to buy a 3/4 season ticket if you like.
Money the club could do with I feel sure.

I attend all games both home and away unless I am overseas on business.
I pay at the gate but in view of the changes made in the board, ownership plans and most recently the manager I am ready to buy a Season Ticket for the rest of the season.
I hope the club pick up on this and that other fans will join in taking this opportunity to support the club.
1,000 more season tickets sold would make an immediate and substantial difference to the finances of the club and support plans for improvements sought e.g. disabled platform and of course in preparing for the january transfer window to enable the incoming manager to make plans ahead of the time and get ahead of other clubs who may also seek to stengthen.
I would be very happy with a season ticket with no specified seat. This would make it possible for my sons, grandson and occassional friends to join me at games.
Would you buy a season ticket now to show your support for the club?

Remember when Allen and I were doing the Love Street DVD. We were in the empty ground about 3 o'clock one day and there was one guy out on the pitch just crossing balls from wide, then going to get them and doing it all again.
Asked Tommy the groundsman who it was, yes, it was Jack Ross out there on his own.
If he can bring that attitude as manger he will do very well.
    Mon the Saints!

Another dismal display. Just as well Falkirk were as bad as us. How Mallan turns up every week and guaranteed a game is beyond me. Took him till the 83 min to make a decent pass to a Saints player. Defended a bit better but a draw against a poor Falkirk team. Not good enough.

    Pish football from both teams.
Showed some passion for 5 minutes at the end. At least we know it's there. Just need the right man to motivate the players.

    Coffee Shop
I travel from Perthshire to games and presently stop off for lunch at Cumbernaul. Were there lunch/coffee facilities at the ground, then I would use them.
    Parking
Make it possible to book your space ahead of arrival via your phone etc. I have, like others found it harder to be admitted  to the car park.
Now - with two bad hips. This does not make it easy even if I ignore the No Parking signs.
    Tannoy System
Whilst I find it adequate (I now sit in the West Stand) many seem to feel it needs attention.
    Non Match Days
Having visited Falkirk and St Jonhnstone stadiums away from match days I have been able to have a coffee, snack or lunch there. Decent quality, decent prices, well used.
This could mean that the existing guest lounge could be provide these on non-match days.
