The way I see it, we can either embrace what we've got and make the relationship between the club and Kibble work, or allow a vocal minority to turn the relationship sour
I know what side I'm on

10 years ago Smisa had 64 members paying £3 a month.
Today 1200 members paying enough money to not only buy over 50% of the shares but to continually put money into the club every year and still have around £300k in the kitty.
It's a big success.
As for the football club ,top six for first time!

A sensory room can fulfill several purposes, and in our case would be aimed at anyone (adult or child) who is on the autistic spectrum, to provide a calm environment to watch a game. Lots of noise and crowded places are disturbing for those with autism so they cannot for example sit in the West stand without becoming distressed.
I really hope this initiative gets the go ahead.

The way the game finished yesterday neatly summed up the entire week.
Someone needs to get control over this nonsense, get folk round a table and bang some fucking heads together.
This is a fan owned club and I can tell all those involved, on BOTH sides, that the whole episode is EMBARRASSING those fans.
To have the manger even have to speak out about it in his presser two days before a massive game was also EMBARRASSING.

Quote from Robbo in the pre match presser.
This should’ve been dealt with privately by the board/Smisa/Kibble before any big egos got involved and brought needless public attention to it.

Agree there are no winners in all of this. It's all a bit embarrassing
AW making wild claims in the press, presumably without getting in touch with anyone at the club first, dick move
Banning AW from the club, a massive overreaction
The timing as well, before a hugely important game against Hearts, ridiculous

The land around Ralston is already considered to be of high value. The land around the stadium is fairly undeveloped.
A £13.4 million wellbeing centre on the doorstep of the football club has potential to be a useful asset, assuming the club gets to make use of it as part of our deal with Kibble
You're right that not all trusts/charities are to be trusted, but in this case I'm not really sure what the big deal is...
Personally, I'd like to see the land around the stadium be developed to the benefit of our local population

Skim read most of this but would it really be a bad thing if the land around the stadium is developed? The clubs link with kibble could work if everyone became more positive about it rather than spinning mad conspiracy theories around. Kibble exists to care for vulnerable people, why does everyone assume the worst?
