It would seem i over estimated the yes campaign as it's happened already, with both laddies and William Hills. The no vote has came in even further from an already overwhelming 1/7 on to an astounding 1/8 on. It would seem the labour disputes over the last couple of months have decreased the chances of an independent Scotland even further. I think no could be 1/10 on by the new year now, and i'll predict yes to go out as far as 7's. What will the odds be by referendum day? 1/20 on for no and 15/1 for yes? It's 43 people who have voted yes in this poll against 17 who voted no, 5 who say they are undecided and what appears to be 3,772 registered forum members who have either decided they don't want to vote, don't want to declare their intentions or aren't interested in the topic. What that says to me is that only a very small percentage of the B&W Army forum population feel strongly about wanting independence for Scotland. Polls typically interview about 1000 people from perhaps 2,500,000 registered voters which is about 0.04% but you give that credence. Hmm...... And the flip-side, if you want to infer a Yes vote is a vote for Salmond / the SNP is that if you vote No you are potentially voting for a Conservative / UKIP coalition with Cameron and Farage running the country... or Ed Milliband and Labour... or Nick Clegg and the Lib Dems! We have the chance to be governed by people who will do their best for Scotland Alternatively we can vote for a party that needs the east of England to vote for them to get power. They also spout we are better together while at the same time not wanting to be a full member of the EU, in fact they want to hold a referendum to leave the EU. Oooooh the irony.
