The point about money is that more teams have it and some have considerably more than Man U. In Fergies day Man U were at the top of the rich list by a considerable margin (for most of it). I never said it was ALL about money but the fact that all teams in the EPL are earning in excess of £100m must have some sort of "levelling" effect. No, I never, I said it wasn't a fair comparison due to it. The difference in income from top to bottom (according to a quick google) is less than 1.5x.
