No matter how bad Goodwins fouls are he is highly likely to get booked, due to his style of play.
Now as a St Mirren supporter should you not get behind the team and support every individual player. The man will be absolutely devastated he got sent off today. And you come on here and call Jim Goodwin a liability. Shame on you.
Jim is his own worse enemy at times but he doesn't deserve to be called a liability.

I guess we have a decent price and get more people in? One thing I would like is for young people who can't afford it to be allocated tickets? So if your a student or unemployed under 21 you can get in for £5/6. Limit it to the first 100 people per game? I know we do it but for matches v Accies, County, STj and Ict I would as a season ticket holder have no objection to all tickets being reduced .

Looks like its one of those temporary signs for traffic (Road closed etc) and the one they had a Nelson Mendela place to tell folks about a bus gate, has recently gone!

You don't need to walk through the whole store. Enter store - enter marketplace - cut through just past the candles - turn left at the houseplants.
More Dickson lies! Found out again!

I have seen Mark a few times in Edinburgh. He moved from East Cslder a number of years ago. He now works in Edinburgh Business Park and I last saw him in the Gyle Shopping Centre. He is a real gent and is extremely proud of his Saints career.

The difference of course being they are doing that deliberately. As a gimmick to get some publicity for their (I assume) wee diddy club. Or, El poco diddio club de futbol, as they say in Espana.
Ours is simply a shite kit.

Aye that looks good Norrie...........And I totally agree we the fans should have some input into what we are expected to purchase.....
It's not rocket science we play in BLACK AND WHITE STRIPES and we can titivate this as we have seen from some already suggested kits poz comes to mind with the Argentina saints version.
And red is traditionally our second strip and we have seen some pretty good alternate suggestions from fans here on this wee thread.
Who if anyone can whisper into the ears or influence our bod to consider a fans strip idea to be manufactured by our sponsor who knows then right from the off that the fans will happily buy said item/s.....
Pride in our club is what we the solid fan has always had it's when they mess around with our strip that we show our displeasure.
Come on Board get it together and give this fan base what it wants...............Here endeth my rant

The strips are totally embarrassing. We really need to get a fan involved so that the people we the fans can have a say on what we are wearing. I know it's only a kit but It is good to walk out feeling proud of representing paisley. We won't sell that many of them. By the way look at Aberdeenshire away kit and you will see a classic!

Deekthebuddie reacted to class of 76-77 in Danny Lennon
Danny Lennon has kept in touch with me and my two sons ever since my son made a video before the famous victory over Celtic at hampden. He is a Gentleman in the true sense of the word. He had my boy at Ralston to meet the squad and he presented him with a signed cup final top worn by one of the players at hampden.
We got pics with Danny and all the players and were made to feel most welcome by everyone.
Even after he lost his job the man remembered my younger sons birthday and sent him a gift to our home. Class dignity and humility, the man is and will always be a St Mirren legend.

Quite a lot of folk on here are of the opinion that an adult should not wear a football shirt for some reason.
I wear a polo shirt in work but I don't play polo for a living. I also wear hiking boots but don't go hiking.
My wife wears ballet pumps but she is not a ballerina.
When I get home and take my hiking boots off, I may put on my cons, even if have no intention of playing baseball.
A football shirt is made for an adult by default with variations made for weans etc for merchandising and there is NOTHING WRONG WITH WEARING ONE! (even if you aren't playing football)
I can't get to all of the games all the time and I live in Glasgow so I do like to buy at least one Saints shirt every season to kick about in to (hopefully) give some extra cash to the club and to show my support for my team!
I probably won't bother this year though, those new strips are unbelievably bad!

I can't see any problem with grown men wearing football shirts. Why shouldn't people be allowed to show their support towards a club.
Haven't bought a new saints kit for a while as I didn't like them too much but I think I may buy a polo shirt instead this time around.

First of all we suffered the indignity when the revelation of the home kit was thrust upon us to gasps of dissapointment.
All that had to be done with the away kit was a low risk, one colour top with our clubs crest and sponsor logo theron. That was all that was required to make the away kit the preferable choice for non blind supporters of our great club. It really was that easy.
    What has been revealed is
    HONKING

Looks ok but sponsor spoils it completely. I won't buy it and I'm 100% my boy won't either. Yellow shorts massive mistake too. Whoever allowed them to make fools of our strips with that sponsor badge is at it. Did they offer £50 more to make the sponsor extra large?
