From everything I've read, and seen on youtube highlights this season, Kello is worth every penny, great news, and if Campbell can add the pace and creativity around the box that the fearlessness of youth can provide for the experience and passion of the god of thunder, the mighty thommohawk, then perhaps.. just perhaps.. we maybe looking at another season of giant killing, mebbes a cup run,, mebbes our highest finish in the league, mebbes I should just go to bed...

Kello signing for the season is a massive boost for us, his form at present would make him along with the green vermin keeper the best in Scotland. Thanks to the directors and Brian Caldwell for making this happen. ;)

Brian Caldwell had to come in on his day off to finalise this after receiving a call last night from kello's agent saying he was happy to sign til end of season. Brian said earlier that Kello was really enjoying his time at the club. Well done Brian.

Good few people saying Marian turned down contract offers from Dundee United and Motherwell to re-sign for us. Would make sense, both of them have had keeper issues this season and Marian was effectively a free agent.

Well it's THAT time of year again, time to reflect, time to remember family and friends & time to look forward.
We all know what sporting event was our highlight. (Enter stage right Shull )
Whatever this time of year means to people it's time for a new start.
On a personal note I hope all Buddies everywhere have a good New Year & I hope our club continue to give us the highs and lows that come from supporting St Mirren football club.

A Memorable one for me, St Mirrens Day at Hampden finally healed the hurt of that day in 2010, and will forever be a taste of what I left behind, Hogmanay has just wound up here, the fireworks have quietened down and I'm reflecting with a bottle of single malt and would like to wish my fellow buds awrabest.. hic..

The number of red cards teams have had playing against us , illustrates the kind of hammer throwers that we up against. However , this means that the actions of our Captain tend to stand out from the crowd . .
One of the best interviews after Saints "whupped" a team , was when we put Sellic out of the cup with a 1-0 victory at SMP. Gordon Strachan was the manager at the time and when he was asked how his team got beat he just kept responding "Saint Mirren . ."

Ill always refer to these post match rants about our team as "billy reids". Man had absolutely no class in defeat
