seems to me here we go again get rid of danny why?. we have a bunch of players who if they get off their arses and do what they are paid to do we would not be in the position we are in. Danny has made mistakes and its so easy to blame him for everything , when the players actually turn up and play we look good. some players give 100 per cent every week and have to be commended , shame about the rest. could someone please tell me who is available to manage stmirren and do a better job .

Being a St Mirren man is usually hard and frustrating.
On balance, I think Danny has done an acceptable job so far.

Well here's a season defining 45 minutes approaching if I've ever seen one.
By all accounts in the main stand Goodwins red card was incorrect, we move on and discuss that after the game.
For now we have 10 men and we are defending a 2 goal lead against the worst attack in the league, and we are doing well so far. If I had to pick 1 team in the league to defend a 2 goal lead with 10 men, I'd pick Hibs.
We need to believe we will win this, we can win this. Would you have taken a 2 goal lead and a man down at half time? I would have.

Poor bears. Do they buy more season tickets to keep the spivs happy a wee while longer or do they let things fall part and build from scratch - as should have happened two years ago?
It's been long known that expensive players, a ridiculously expensive manager, nights in top hotels before you play Forfar... ALL come at a price.
The price is.. Losing your stadium and losing your training ground.
And Buddies bleat about the excitement of MAYBE being in the play-offs! Life is good.

A big influence on me. A hugely articulate politician who always struck me as far more compelling that the vast majority of his counterparts.
There was also a quiet humour and warmth in his manner.
A big loss to the British political scene. There are very few with his level of integrity left.
