12 of our 18 youth academy products tonight

Even I, an eternal optimist, wrote this game off when we were 2-0 down.
A team full of kids I thought, away at an experienced Aberdeen side I thought, they've got no chance now I thought.
Would like to apologise to them for my lack of faith in this team. I should have known better than to write them off, what tremendous spirit they have.

frankly I never even noticed them but out of principle either the club, scottish football and uefa are either ok with politics in football or not, or for some reason find some of it acceptable but not others. But they should be consistent across the board
if you are going to make rules that others are expected to abide by you should be leading by example
personaly I wouldnt think its a bad thing for example a local councillor informing people where and when he is available to them but generally I don't agree with the promotion of a particular political party, which these adverts seem to be ?

And then after a wee while on high wages, the owners get bored and pull out or run out of money .
Therefore unsustainable salaries.
And probably death of St Mirren Football Club or Admin if we're lucky.

yes Reilly was ok too, a couple of bad passes but certainly not afraid to put in a tackle, very unlucky with the shot off the bar

unless the airport rail link comes back into play again and they could knock the stadium down and build a car park, or if there is some form of regeneration in ferguslie park ! 75% would allow an individual person or property developer to do that and there is here haw anyone can do about it !
why would anyone or any group that claims to have the clubs interest at heart really need 75% when they could regenerate the club with 52%

TC mentioned at the q+a recently that the guy still is a great prospect and has taken a long time to recover from injury a few seasons back both from a fitness and confidence point of view
I agree with the more recent five or six posts and I was particularly surprised with his tackling today and I think he is starting to show signs of being a good player for us and I think being given a start today must have given him confidence, as his shot from 30 yards proved
there's more to come from him and I think some encouragement vocally from us all will reap the benefit to our club
I think he will prove himself this season

I hope the family look into it and all is resolved, wee article in programme and get the girl on at half time to highlight the cause etc. My wee niece has chronic lung disease and spends her days carrying her wee portable oxygen bag around with with her - god love them both, wee troopers!

a bit unfortunate today and although never happy after any saints defeat we didn't disgrace ourselves and a lot of the effort and play was good, particularly some of the interchanging play and in particular a couple of fast breaks out of defence, I thought, Kelly, Goodwin, McGinn, McLean all done well and we made better use of Wilde when he came on. Generaly we were quicker today than previously and control of the ball was better and confident. Despite losing three points I'm not upset with our performance and attitude.
Ball was a bit lost on his own up front and Kellos kick outs could improve
motm for me was Goodwin, despite the fact he's still a target for opposing teams and officials

thanks to all involved in organising and being there on the night ( 110 - 120 )
despite no entry fee as such donations to the tune of £ 186 were received and a cheque for this amount will be sent to the clubs youth development facility in ralston within the week

A; SG, yes it will be discussed, clarified and announced shortly afterwards, we accept that last years decision should have been made sooner
so technically the comment that it might be moved isn't wrong but on the other hand it doesn't mean it will be, the main issue, in my opinion, is that it's confirmed sooner rather than later

take your point, however this particular one was based on the principle of the gap for international games, the close of the signing window, which then left the Wednesday or Thursday, it then became a case of what would suit all organising parties,
Please don't think it's a case of which Thursday will we have this year to make sure buddie in ek can't make it.

Q; will the club help finance the buses having to travel to Aberdeen mid week ?
A; SG, we will discuss at the next board meeting, but in the past we get grief from those not involved with the travel clubs if we do

FFS. We've had a shortfall since the demise of a certain Glasgow club, add two Edinburgh clubs and the total gets bigger.
Get along to these meetings and don't listen to gossip.
