Nonsense. We have signed Wylde and Campbell while Thistle have signed Taylor and Erskine - to my mind Campbell will prove to more effective than Taylor over the piece and I wouldn't rate Erskine any better than Wylde so the signing of LEE MAIR means we have been "outplayed" !!!
Mair was of a very similar standard to the other 2 CB's at the club and we are working hard to bring another one in. We need to be signing better players than Mair to improve. Off the top of my head I can think of at least 17 or 18 players available for Saturday so why would the bench not be filled ?

We need 2 players for an important position like holding mid - beenn saying that for a while. Looks a very good signing but I hope DL isn't thinking this would give the option of utilising Goodwin as centre half cover as he is simply not good enough in that position even as a back up.

Wrong - It's the local authority in Scotland that determines whether an individual is entitled to free nursing care or not - it has nothing to do with the Scottish Govt. In the case study the BBC has highlighted it does not appear to say where the person lives so how can you say it was an SNP decision. You would need to know what LA area she lives in before you could state who's "fault" it was (if blame was to be apportioned at all)
Given the above one thing is certain - it is highly unlikely that the decision has been made by your beloved Tories given how many LA's they control in Scotland !!!!

The Jags impressed me in there last game though it has to be said Danny Lennon impressed me more.

erm, yes. How two educated articulate professionals could think it ok to leave three toddlers unattended for a prolonged period of time is beyond belief. My wean is 18 months, and I'm scared to even nip to the toilet at times for fear of the havoc he could wreak if he's left unattended for even one minute. My point is, it isn't just the poor or the feckless who abuse and neglect their children. Unfortunately, as you prove, our response to this abuse or neglect can vary dependent on our perceptions of them.
I've not seen the news today, but if the mum in this case has been charged with murder and has then attempted to cover it up, she deserves what is coming to her, as her actions are incomprehensible. However, Daily Mail style rants about feckless parents shouldn't get in the way of the fact that "nice" middle class parents can abuse their weans too. In my experience as a social worker, often its these families that are most difficult to challenge, as they will have lawyers involved and threaten legal actions against you as you try to investigate whats going on.

Vital vital win given how tight it is and we get away with what was supposed to be another stonewall hand ball pen but who cares and long may that continue. Any win at Easter Road is a great result regardless of how it was achieved. It's all 3 points at the end of the day. Everyone needs to stop the judge and jury bit until the facts are known. Very interesting to note the police have said the mother has been charged in connection with the death it doesn't state anywhere she has been charged with murder. It may well transpire that it is murder but please lets not jump to that conclusion too quickly. The court appearance tomorrow should confirm the charge.

Since our horror start i.e. the Aberdeen game when we stopped the rot its 7 wins and 5 draws from 18 games in both comps. Thats over a 4 month or so period so more long term our form isn't too bad it's just the chronically streaky nature of the results both good and bad that's continuing to baffle me.
