beyond our ken got a reaction from saint in exile in St Mirren V Livingston Championship 29/8/15
Some people seem more focussed on refereeing decisions rather than the fact that we are a super-bland ultra vanilla excuse for fitba'
This will only serve to sustain murray and spalding

Defence wasn't dreadful
No midfield and no attack
Anyone who thought Murray was going with 2 up top doesn't know much about the club, that was never a 2 man front line
Langfield was not punished for his many mistakes, but the savvy managers in this league will be slavering at the thought of his "will I come-won't I come" dilemmas. He needs some focus and he needs to sustain it
We have no punch or dig, Goodwin was OK when tackling but did nothing off the ball
We need to be better without the ball
Other than that, it didn't rain and we didn't lose

Looking better, it must be said.
if these two can deliver then there will be progress, I'm sure

what a ludicrously unworkable suggestion, perhaps the answer is to send off two people if a team are reduced to ten through injury
How do you stop it being abused? A shite player gets crocked but can play on, he suddenly realises that the culprit is heading up the tunnel, so he makes out he has to leave the field in order to get fresh legs on. Don't say it won't happen.
And they can send off up to 2 players before a 3rd ordering off will see a club forfeit a game, we will need to have an extra 2 subs added to the total on the bench to ensure a pool of different positions.
And if the keeper is the injured party, after we have changed keepers, what then? We send off the opposition keeper to balance thigs up?
Sometimes life just ain't fair, we can't change the rules every time we come off second best-unless you are Celtic.
In any case, would an extra sub on Tuesday not just have been an extra player who stank the place out?
This is not the reason we areout of a cup already

So no apology then, just to remind you of what you wrote
"Again, f**k off! PM me where you want to chat 'big man'. "
Plenty of people disagreed with me and werent afraid to show it, only a couple of weaklings got abusive over it
Don't like me? fine-take the advice of many and put me on ignore
But try to be grown up in whatever you do

I'm guessing that we will keep the offer on the table but will also pursue other avenues than Webster for as long as they are available.
Nobody decent is available unless we are willing to pay a fee and Webster becomes more marketable next Tuesday.
Getting less hopeful about Shankland by the hour

things will be a lot better if this happens, but we still need the central defender and more creativity in midfield, otherwise things will be back to the Mcpherson days of holding midfielders everywhere and strikers playing with their back to the goals

I've noticed the pedant clique have been put hunting typos and looking pretty damn smug in the process
easy game considering so many people post on phones and other hand-helds these days. I left out a cap there just to amuse the correctionists.
I've also noticed that, unless there is a smiley in there, any humour is completely missed. It's funny, the dafter the forum gets, the more pleasure people get out of trying to look smart, in fact, some muppets seem to think that the use of smileys is actual proof of intellectual superiority.
Anyhoo!
I am not perfect in that regard, here are a few misused words that i get a bee in my bunnet about (not just on here, but in general discourse), for instance
Practically instead of Almost
Electrocuted, which means intended death by electricity, used to describe any electric shocks
The ubiquitous "should of"
Time to unburden yourself friends-what gets you annoyed? Apart from me

these two would be very good signings and for the first time i see a little bit of hope for the season-as long as they are actually landed

maybe a good target, there are only 2 weeks left in this window and he might come to us if he cant get another club
seems we are a soft touch for ex-rangers veterans just now-remind me again of the manager's provenance. Does he have rangers on his CV?
Just asking

Face facts
It's a terrible stadium

beyond our ken got a reaction from gc_SMFC in Goodwin
lest we forget, Jim Goodwin suffered a "mystery injury" that stopped him being cup-tied and also left the team struggling just when his contract came up for renewal and Hibs were interested in him
I thank him for the small cluster of good performances he produced since then, they are looking increasingly lost in the past.
he is not the answer

Murray was a part-time manager and maybe he just doesn't have a clue what to do with the extra two days and the sunday session.

that doesn't really cover it though
managed properly and motivated, the kids should be absolutely fearless and dieing to show what they can do. Don't forget that kelly and naismith were more than decent at a significantly higher level almost 2 years ago, Agnew, thomson and Gow are not exactly gawky teenagers either.
How are those sunday sessions working out, Murzo?
The board has washed all the quality out of our club since the league cup win
