A disaster in the making?

Anne Budge was talking pre match on Radio Scotland about this. As far as she was concerned , the plans were put forward as a done deal, the meeting was merely to inform what was going to take place.
According to her, Aberdeen & Hearts objected to the whole idea at the meeting and any alternative ideas put forward were met with a multitude of reasons why they couldn’t do them . She said that even the old scum representatives were concerned about the travel arrangements for fans, but Donkeyarse etc was not for moving .
So that is all the clubs concerned were either objecting or sceptical , this is not what we were led to believe by SPFL .

The REAL problem isn't that 2 matches are taking place on the same day at the same stadium.

If any other clubs were involved other than the OF then it wouldn't be an issue and the kick off times could have been scheduled closer together.

The REAL solution isn't to reschedule the matches but rather to organise a league and cup matches without the OF.

All right minded Hearts & Aberdeen fans will boycott these games. If everyone did it then action would happen.

Both Hearts & Aberdeen should do the decent thing and refuse to play.

Indeed, all clubs should refuse to play the OF.

Sent to play in a brilliant Stadium.

Having to play on a superb surface.

A Capacity which will allow more of ' the greatest fans in the whole wide world ' to attend.

AND THE PRICKS CLAIM THEY ARE BEING PICKED ON.

I tend to agree but perhaps who played where and when should have been decided by a "draw".

No reasonable person could then have objected.

Draw for the Semis had been made.

Hearts and Celtic were out first.

They should have played Saturday.

We know why not.

So their Game had to be moved.

Sunday at Hampden not an option for them as second Game out the Draw was getting played there and then.

So it had to be Murrayfield on the Sunday.

Bottom fecking line

No more fecking Draws for the Paranoid Sectarian Cnuts.

Agree with Shull on this one.

The police said that it would mean they could be far more flexible with the movement of fans and safety

Rodgers is just getting hs excuses in early

DJ.  I am in favour of the Two Locations approach now put in place.  I also think that in a People Movement scenario then Celtic v Hearts in Edinburgh reduces pressure on the system and in Policing and Segregation.  Will be interesting to see if the full capacity of Murrayfield is used and the ticket allocation.  I can see Hearts getting the East and South Stand and Celtic the West and North Stand.  Something like 30000 tickets each.

In this case though, the "authorities" ARE the clubs!

Don't expect to Drew to know anything about this.

You'd be quicker asking a turtle to explain the finer points of fiscal policy.

ETA. You can add Faraway's stunning comment blaming the SFA for all of this.
