  1. Because I don't support a proxy war whose origins go further back than either 2022 or 2014. I know who's losing this war and it ain't Putin or Zelenskyy who I find increasingly hard to distinguish between. So I say to everyone cutting themselves a slice of the "arms pie", the experts taking a shilling for their opinions on TV and the armchair generals with a macabre satisfaction in the rising death tolls in Ukraine and the Middle East - shame on you!
  2. I'd rather fund LGBT & Breastfeeding for Men courses than the Ukraine War, which is little more than a grifting opportunity for genuinely "sick individuals".
  3. Luke Thomas is a crazy detective - sleuth amok.
  4. 0-2 (Lambert & Butler) LAMBERT & BUTLER; Two kids joined St Mirren on the same day .. one lifted the European Cup on Wednesday, the other lifted his dole money. - Free Online Library
  5. Egypt & Poland threatening to join in - Saudi Arabia to escalate dispute with the Houthis! War, what is it good for - absolutely nothing! I'll say it again. War, what is it good for - absolutely nothing!
  6. Interesting to see Ben Stanway who was linked with both us & Falkirk has re-signed with Thistle for another year as nobody was willing to pay the ÂŖ200k development fee. A good start to the season and he will be available in the January window and at worst his development fee will have dropped in a year's time. Shame for the lad being priced out of a move upwards that everyone assumed he'd get - maybe a sign that clubs are getting more cautious.
  7. A case of the bar getting lowered here to bail out the OF. My earlier theory that the decision to appoint him might help us was clearly bollox!
  8. Complete the sentence - Paul Nsio has been up a lions ...........? What will happen when his loan is up? I could go on.....
  9. I've been reading these sorta apocalyptic "too far this time" responses to the corporate wheezes of the game's money-men for 30 years now. No doubt we'll end up with a compromise that take us a few more miles down the corporate brick road - almost as if they've got a Masterplan.
  10. See the Nsio loan deal has been agreed. Two questions I suppose - will the deal be completed in time for the Falkirk game and if so will he start or be on the bench? That might be three questions...🤔
  11. You want random? This has gotta be abuse - poor gal's got nowhere to hide her hauf bottla vodka. 🍾
  12. Saudi Arabia are the latest to join the scrap by bombing Iran supporting militias in Iraq a coupla daze after Ukraine bombed an Iranian ship.. Are these the sides currently? USA + Israel + Ukraine vs Russia + Iran + Shi-ite factions around the Gulf particularly the Houthis in disputed Yemen. Oh, and a whole lot of other "interested" parties potentially about to offer "hauners". Armageddon outa here!
  13. Full Marx to The Don for managing to wet his beak from the situation.
  14. Ida bean shouting for a pen if it'd bean our corner. đŸ™‹â€â™‚ī¸ Never a stonewaller but I reckon it'd be given more often than not. The disallowed goal and the offside called on KP in the second half when it looked like he'd have been 1-on-1 with the keeper were two big calls that went against us. Still reckon it was the triple substitution that did for us! ☚ī¸
