Jesus...signings get worse...untried centre back, unfit winger, midfielder looks decent, non-scoring injury prone striker...still need left back, another proven centre half and 2 strikers plus another winger..real lack of quality....

It is NOT a panic signing...................we've waited to make sure we get quality. 

You obviously have not been paying attention. We are not prepared because:
1. Unlike other teams we had no idea what League we would be in until literally the last kick of the ball on 26th May. 9 weeks ago.
2. Our manager left the Club on 26th June after weeks of wrangling and no signings as he was unsure if he was staying and the Club didn't want to sign players a new manager did not want. Only 5 weeks ago.
3. New manager appointed only on 28th June. Just over 4 weeks ago.
If we had stability and was not in danger of relegation then we could have started planning months ago like most other clubs in the SPFL but we weren't.

I'm not sure Isma is the answer to our striker problems yes he is a cult hero and will always be remembered.  

Guinness drinking should be banned in Glasgow City Centre pubs as soon as the outside temperature hits 70 degrees. It completely buggers up the service to us lager drinkers. I'm fed up standing there like a fud watching the barman watch the guinness dribble out the tap. Unacceptable.

Sorry must have dropped off for a minute there.

It has been a bloody awful start to the season.  Goodwin, Gus and GLS need to get things sorted out fast, or its another battle at the bottom again this year.

Could we all come to an agreement that we don’t post on this thread unless Popescu actually comes back? Every time this thread gets bumped I think we’ve re-signed the fecker.

Jason Cummings is a decent player just worried about his off field antics and if he’d be a disruptive influence in the dressing room?

I’d take just about anyone at this stage just so I know we are actually going to sign some new players! 

Surely, as time goes by, many of the players within out budget, never mind this "quality", have been snapped up by other clubs? 
The longer time goes on you will have less choice and probably less quality.

Sad facts of football. Outside the ugly sisters we just cannot compete with the wages on offer.  There are players out there we just need to try unearth a gem or 7.
